Found it. This is still so surreal. Does anyone know how tall AL is? I know a girl who's about AL's starting weight back when she started her channel and she doesn't have a double chin or the moon face that AL had, but she's like 5'7.

At least she realizes how hypocritical she is. AL has absolutely no right or room to judge other obese people when she's that close to being 600 pounds. But alas, the negative attention from others isn't enough a motivator to lose the weight? Negative attention is attention too, I guess...

And let's not forget the video where she judges a bunch of girls for "taking a selfie in front of a rock wall" and then promptly tries to photobomb them. But honestly, gorl, LEZBEREALLLLL.... if she lost a couple hundred pounds (that alone should scare her... a COUPLE HUNDRED POUNDS), she'd be taking pictures in front of the dumpsters of The Cheesecake Factory.

I once got a medium caramel frapp with a shot of chocolate in it, and it was way too much (tbf the size may have something to do with it, and may have been good to go with a large)

But she got a chocolate chip frappe (which is already very sweet- tastes kinda like chocolate pudding with some chocolate chips in it) with 6 shots of caramel, 6 shots of hazelnut, heavy cream and extra drizzle.

I guess it must be one of those things where your palate starts to adjust to your diet- like how some people eat so much junk something like a strawberry tastes bland and not sweet or tart in the slightest. I genuinely can't imagine anything else that would make something like that palatable.

She called it a "Ferrero Rocher" frap so she probably thinks it's better than eating the straight up chocolates. People with food issues will try anything to rationalize their eating whether it's eating too much or too little. To her, a 600 calorie sickeningly sweet drink is healthy because it isn't technically candy.

Go make your suggestions, guys!

Talk about how to lose weight, hahaha

Big Al's given weight loss advice in several videos.

Here's the video where she makes her famous "I'm the Queen of, like, Moderation" comment (about 3 minutes in) and talks about how she lost 89 pounds a long time ago, even though she's gained a couple of hundred since then. She goes on and on about how she doesn't eat this way every day and she really loves raw veggies.

Another gem from this video: "If I was not filming this mukbang, I probably wouldn't be eating. I just don't - I don't feel hungry." *Big bite of pizza*

Amberlynn is 5'3"? Holy bejeezus. I was just watching "My 600-lb Life" (because the real world isn't depressing enough, I guess) and one of the women on there was around her size. Dr. Now told her that because she's so small, she's effectively a hundred pounds heavier than she actually is, in terms of what's happening in her body. AL must be in a ton of pain.

I really thought this video highlighted some of her disabilities ("FRIENDS WITH MY EXES GIRLFRIEND?!?!"):

5:20 Amberlynn loves "lakes and stuff and, like, water." Asks "Can you imagine rolling off of this?" re: the steep boat ramp, lol. States that she used to be outdoorsy, but not now that she's older (has nothing to do with having no car or motivation). At 8:06 Mary calls AL out for telling her to push her up the boat ramp by the ass, as she pants and pants, trying to catch her breath.

She is 5'3" at 500 pounds. Her BMI is a staggering 85!

Nooo. 'Member, she's only 486 lbs, or whatever her latest claim is.
It doesn't change her BMI, but it's important, damn it.
I found out that for her claimed weight to be normal, she would have to be nearly 10 feet tall. She's about as likely to double in height as she is to get to a normal weight.

The funniest thing about her old weight loss videos is that she insisted on weighing herself half-naked, thinking that the couple pounds her clothes weighed was going to make a difference. Or maybe she was just using it as an excuse to not show herself standing on the scale properly. Either way, funny.
Also, when she was doing some kind of "plan" or another, and made a point about how important it was to use up all her points/calories, even when she didn't want to eat anything. She's ridiculous, but I can't help but think people that big have something else wrong with them that amplifies the obviously bad choices. Maybe the sedentary lifestyle combined with a health issue or something.
During my fatass phase, I ate like a starving walrus for years and never made it to even half of what she weighs. It's mystifying. I don't get how a human being can get that big, but I see them all the time. It's kind of scary.

No shade to anyone who is that big and is working to get healthy. You're awesome and I love you. It's the AL Reids of the world that scare me.

She's finally hit the "can no longer fit into anything other than 'sarcastic' tees" stage of fatness

Anyone else find it funny whenever asked about her height she loves to say things like "I'm barely 5'3"" or "I'm just over 5'3". I'm a shorty." Does she think being short is associated with being cute and petite? Or that people will then forget her staggering 500 pound mammoth frame that goes along with that?
She's not wrong because generally being short is a measure of cuteness. But like you said, it's only cute when the rest of you is also cute and petite, or if you dont have such a horrible personality and attitude. I honestly think I could forgive her for some things if she wasn't such a beast.

And that video of her on the boat ramp doesn't even seem that steep? The steep-ness literally looks like every single boat ramp I've ever seen and the ridges are clearly for cars and the boat like... you're not supposed to just casually be walking on it?

AL wants to be normal so bad she adopts the narratives of regular people, things she has never experienced, and convinces herself they are her reality. If you're a normal sized petite woman being referred to as "a cute lil shorty," or whatever, is just an aspect of life that you experience sometimes. AL has never ever experienced that. No one has sincerely thought of her that way.

It's like how AL has claimed to practice "moderation," how she pretends she eats like a dainty little bird when she isn't gorging in front of the camera. Eating like a normal person, feeling full like a normal person, having days where you just don't eat because of stress or commitments or laziness, AL has never experienced that. You don't get to 500 pounds ever having genuinely experienced a day with indifferent feelings towards food, and forgetting to eat. But she likes the idea of that aspect of normal personhood, so she's adopted it and perpetuates this idea that she has ever actually experienced it.

A day where you feel absolutely nothing towards food (whether under the influence of medicine or not) doesn't look like "I'll have that later to get something in", it more often looks like "whoops, this is my first and only meal of the day and I didn't realize I didn't eat for a whole day."

But AL could genuinely use that.
