Every time I see people talking about Roblox, I feel old because I never played it.

Same with Minecraft which shocked someone once when I told them.

I miss going to the local video store on the weekends to rent a couple movies. Streaming has sort of gotten me to watch less movies, because these streaming services ultimately make you scroll through movies, rather than watching them. And with agrorythyms, they only show you movies they think you'll like from what you, or other people using the platform has watched. It's nearly impossible to find something cool, weird, or interesting.

At the video store you got to walk around, and browse, and your choice is critical.

I feel bad that my daughter will never get to experience that.

It used to be fun exploring video stores. I agree, I miss them too.

I had a rich friend when I was growing up (he lived with his grandparents who owned restaurants and properties in Glendale, CA) and they got me an N64 for my birthday.

This friend is/was basically my brother, we had sleep overs every weekend, went to basketball and pro-wrestling events together all the time.
 
Finding a gray hair in my eyebrow.

My hair is completely gray, and it doesn't bother me, buy my eyebrows do for some weird reason.

Not sure how much longer I'll be able to describe my hair as salt and pepper. Got my first greys at 14 so I've had a long time to get used to it. Both sides of the family grey early and I definitely inherited that trait. Probably in the next 2-3 years I'll be completely gray. It makes me look at least 15 years older than I really am, but I don't really care because it's that really nice silver color. It's so odd to see old pictures of myself with brown hair.
 
Is there a thread that's the opposite of this? I mean like, "stuff that reminds you you're still young".

There’s this recurring bit in old movies where the villain’s house gets blown up as some kind of moral payoff. It doesn't hit the same in these days of Tokyo coffin hotels and retired dentists playing casino with real estate.
