It's pretty unlikely they just up and take the kids away and send them to foster care based on this. Nobody's ended up in the hospital or raped, resources are really limited, and it isn't exactly some hyper-liberal area where they swoop down and seize kids because someone got smacked.

It's way more likely they tell them to knock it the fuck off and keep an eye on the situation. Or just do absolutely nothing at all.
Thing is, the "not do anything at all" option is likely the one any of them is going to take. Abusive they may be, the worst I can see is them taking away Cody and Emma while the other three children stay. Though it is likely they're being "pranked" as well, they're just being hush-hush over it because of the backlash.

Good luck Fallston Group.
I'd love to see them try to fight the major news sites. Hell, I'd love to see them try something against the Farms or the Chans. It's going to be a losing battle for them.

Can't give a shit about what happens to Jake. He seems really skeezy.

Yeah, Jake seems the least likely to be involved in any family scuffles. At least directly beyond probably filming, editing and then posting them for the world to see.

I heard somewhere in the thread that this is (probably) at least partially his idea. So I have no sympathy towards him, regardless what happens.

The tax deductible thing makes sense--even if you're not on welfare, children, or other dependents, can be beneficial to those trying to get tax breaks.

Another thing that came to my head, isn't Cody (and maybe Emma) special needs? If they are there could have been a chance that their bio mom may have applied and gotten SSI for having disabled children. That may be what Heather was going for.

That's why I've been ignoring him. I saw plenty of videos that made my eyebrows raise, but they're being hyperbolic on purpose. It's just like all those EXPOSED videos from Keemstar wannabes on youtube, only through text form. I also groaned when the low-tier youtube channels with only a few thousand subscribers were the ones pining for Cody and Emma's mom and getting her immediately to tell her side of the story, clearly because it could make them famous. How did they even get in contact with her anyway? They're literal nobodies on youtube. Was she just contacting every single youtuber who even whispered DaddyoFive until one bit? I've been a little suspicious of this "mother" for a while now, whether it's actually her or if she's just as batshit.

I'd honestly laugh if the girl they're all interviewing wasn't actually their mother and turned out to be some crazy cunt.
The one who did the first (?) livestream (A Mad Woman Muses) said that Rose was spamming to get their attention. They are/were also part of the group promoting the GoFundMe for Rose.

The whole thing is out of our hands now. Well, it was never in our hands to begin with. I'm just going to sit back and see how this works out.

Honestly if Rose wasn't the real mother, Heather wouldn't have made a video of her blubbering her fucking crocodile tears over the interview.

Wasn't the first interview (and the one she was bawling over) just someone speaking for Rose?

This was already posted, but it needs going over again. It's noted at the end that Heather's ex has re-opened proceedings to get custody of the three boys. (Alex, Ryan and Jake)

Here's a link to the GoFundMe (Archive) if no one has seen it. It's being hosted by Chambers of My Heart. (But I think there was a note that it's been passed on to Rose?)

Notes:

Rose has 3 sisters. Evelyn, Crystal and Silvia. Crystal was on the first stream on April. 18th, Evelyn has only been communicating through eMails.

Heather's firefighter ex is looking to regain custody. Amy who is Mike's ex is trying to help Rose prove a pattern of abuse, and they also mention that Mike has been institutionalized and having had inappropriate contact with a minor. (I assume that's the rape allegations over his sister) Mentions Heather has a criminal record. (The assault)

Mentions an unconfirmed eyewitness account of Cody self-harming.

Rumor that Rose was a drug user that made Emma and Cody beg for money on street corners. Instead, it was Silvia that lost her kids to drug use and neglect. Confirmed by Evelyn.

Mention of tallies. Change.org sigs at 17, 349. Care2 sigs at 16, 946. And the GoFundMe that I linked above.

Asks for more witnesses to come forward, as well as notes to not harass Heather and Mike.

@Scratch This Nut, ya. I feel too many people get too emotionally invested and have knee-jerk reactions before stepping back and trying to be objective. I just don't like Rose being painted as a saint when she doesn't have much in the way of content (that we know of) to judge her by.

Hopefully it works out for the kids, but y'know.
