Was able to find a Reddit post with info on it. It happened in Brazil. The driver had a compressed natural gas tank in his trunk which exploded for some reason.
The driver Guaraci Ferreira Costa, 64, was next to the car’s trunk, where the CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) cylinder was located, at the time of the accident. He was taken to Souza Aguiar Hospital but did not survive his injuries. The gas station attendant Paulo B. dos Santos, 61, was also hit and remains in serious condition.

The footage shows the force of the explosion, which hurled the car several meters and caused a partial collapse of the station’s roof. Other employees and a motorcyclist were nearby and narrowly escaped. One gas station worker who had spoken with Paulo minutes earlier was unharmed only because he was shielded behind a fuel pump. The tragedy could have been even worse, as another car had passed close to the site just moments before the explosion.

The Civil Police conducted a forensic investigation at the scene and interviewed witnesses, but the causes of the explosion are still under investigation. I've been checking Twitter the past couple days, which is usually where the raw footage gets dumped, and I can only find the cam feed where they freeze frame just before the point of impact. That video has already been uploaded here in Articles and News, so I'll just link to that instead of uploading a duplicate on the server. Seems like the raw footage was never leaked, and whatever police department is holding on to it definitely has an incentive not to leak it. Video footage of pretty white blondes bleeding out because a violent pavement ape stabbed them in the neck during a fit of schizophrenic rage tends to cause headaches for the local politicians, so it's pretty much up to the train system's video tech and a handful of people in the legal pipeline whether that's going to come out in the near future.

The recordings, released Wednesday by the New York State Attorney General's Office, show paramedics administering bandages to the unidentified 44-year-old victim when Emilson Joan Ordoñez-Banegas, 29, emerges from a wooded area with something in his hand and winds up to attack the injured man again, authorities said.

He then collapses on the ground.

The Attorney General's Office of Special Investigation, which is mandated to look into all fatal shootings at the hands of police, said the release of the video is not an "expression of any opinion as to the guilt or innocence of any party in a criminal matter or any opinion as to how or whether any individual may be charged with a crime."

The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.

Suffolk County police said they responded to a 911 call for a "disturbance with a weapon" around 8:30 a.m. on July 13 and found the injured victim with stab wounds to the neck and hand in the wooded area in what appears to be an encampment behind a small strip mall on Middle Country Road. Several bicycles, a hammock and chairs appear strewed around the dirt area seen in the recordings.

As paramedics start to bandage the man, police said, Ordoñez-Banegas, a homeless man, walked up to the victim with a 10- to 12-inch knife and let out a scream before pulling his right arm back to take another swing.

At least three shots could be heard on the videos released by the attorney general's office.

Both men were taken to Stony Brook University Hospital, where Ordoñez-Banegas died of his gunshot wounds.

The victim of the attack recovered.

The Suffolk County officers were treated for tinnitus. They have not been charged.

"Had it not been for the officer's quick actions, the victim would have been stabbed with that knife and probably killed," Suffolk County Police Commissioner Kevin Catalina said soon after the shooting.

"When officers were en route, the call did get upgraded to a man cutting himself inside the establishment," Sgt. Lorraine Fernandez said.

When the first officer got to the scene, he came in contact with the man outside the IHOP.

"The officer gave commands and attempted to deescalate the situation. However, the man started to walk towards him and revealed he was holding a large hatchet," Fernandez said. "The officer continued to give commands and told the man to stop as the officer backed up. The man continued to walk towards him."

Two other officers arrived at the scene, and a less-than-lethal tool was used on the man, but he continued to walk toward the officers.

"Officers continued to back up as the man continued to walk. This is when the officer-involved shooting occurred," said Fernandez.

On Aug. 20, police identified the suspect as 47-year-old Rocky Joe Ellis. Officers treated him at the scene before firefighters arrived and took him to a hospital where he later died. No officers were hurt.

Northern Avenue is shut down in both directions between 19th and 21st Avenues due to the investigation.

According to information from the Civil Police, the victim was identified as Felipe Alves Santos. The execution took place on Avenida Presidente Getúlio Vargas, in front of the Teixeira de Freitas Regional Hospital.

Felipe Alves had been arrested for illegal possession of a firearm of a permitted caliber. After paying bail of R$5,000, he left the police station accompanied by his mother, stepfather, and other family members in a blue car.

According to initial reports, the victim noticed he was being followed by another vehicle, prompting him to maneuver at the roundabout near Posto Pioneiro. However, the suspects intercepted the family's car, sideswiping it, and forcing it to stop.

Security camera footage captured the moment at least four men got out of the vehicle and began chasing Felipe, who tried to escape through the rear door. He was shot in the back and fell to the ground. The footage also shows that the young man was shot several times in the head.

Police reported that Felipe Alves Santos was being investigated for involvement in drug trafficking and suspected of involvement in homicides, particularly in the Castelinho neighborhood. This is really tough to watch on so many levels. just how quick and casual it was. How none of them give a shit. The existential dread knowing you are bleeding out and no one around you cares. I'm not convinced they realized she had been stabbed until she was on the ground. She seemed to be bleeding internally or something, there was very little blood until she fell out of the seat, and seems to have passed out and lost pressure on the wound.

-Edit- one of the videos has sound. She seems to be totally silent, but you can hear somebody say "he got a knife bruh" about the time she falls out of the seat.
