This post contains 3 individual updates to 2 different photo albums wherein Chris begs for gift cards and Lego box sets.

Originally I was not going to push this to the Updates forum because it is asking for money and nothing else, but I've changed my mind after seeing the extent of what he's asking for. The combined value of all these sets and lego pieces easily reaches several thousand dollars. The sets he's asking for in particular are gargantuan special edition ones which are more than $100 each.

So it seems that his tugboat is drying up. Lets do the math. For estimation purposes, lets just say Chris gets about $1000 USD a month last time I checked on the Social Security Administration website. So that would total approximately $12,000 a year. And each lego sit you listed is $100. And according to what I'm seeing, there's 51 lego sets so we are looking at $5,100 worth of lego sets. So he spends $12,000 on all of those lego sets in a year so he'll be left over with $6,900. Assuming that he eats McDs each day (I'm going to suck on math on this part since I don't know how much he spends on food), we're looking about, give or take, $300 a month. So that's about $3,600 a month. Subtract that out of the $6,900 and you get $3,300. Then you have the mandated income state tax rate in Virginia which is up to 5.75 percent so we're looking about $190 in income tax. So that would leave him with $3,110 as his annual income from social security. Remember, this does not include other things like clothing, if he buys any, possibly the shared cost of paying State Farm of fixing up 14 Branchland Court, the cost to buy some gaming apps from the Apple Store, etc. Oh and gas too because ITS EXPENSIVE! Oh and maybe a few Best Buy stuff. So he's going to blow all the $3,100 on entertainment to say the least. So I don't see how Chris can still think that he can still live with a roof over his head if he has poor control over his finances. Not to mention, someone looking up his credit report as well. Oh and credit cards. So I don't think he could live on $3,300 a year well but then again, most people in America cannot live on that on their own a year. Are there any other expenses that I may be missing in OPL's consumption or does this sound about right?

He's getting almost as bad with legos as barb is with goodwill. It's like he wants every one currently made.

Also, lego has the least original mech designes of all time. One looks exactly like metal gear ray and another is a titan from 40k.

Can anyone here donate me a Ferrari, please? Preferably pink and sparkly. While you're at it, can I have a whole new wardrobe?

Darn, I thought begging online for things I never tried to work for might actually work!

Every time I think Chris can't stoop lower, he does it. Nothing is good enough unless it satisfies him and he's never satisfied. His greed is disgusting. I guess he doesn't even acknowledge the people back east who lost their entire homes to tornadoes and all they have are the clothes on their back. They have it worse than him.

As someone who dabbles in toy collecting (since Mega Bloks got the Halo license and I needed to get over a break up), Only one question kept going through my mind as I kept scrolling through the sets. Where would he even put all of this, if he got it? It's understandable that denial can make him wish for a ton of Lego instead of a new cleaner roomier house, or hell, just wishing for stability for the future. I can get that he isn't firing on enough cylinders to understand that, but does he have a plan in case he got all of this?

If by some miracle that (he feels he deserves) he got all of this, would he throw Barb out to make more room to set it all up 'creatively'?

God, yeah. And what also sucks is that Kengle might actually send him crap, thus furthering his delusions.

It's interesting that he's asking for the stuff to be sent to Branchland court, does this mean that he's literally going to be commuting there everyday to check his mail box/front lawn in the belief that he'll find a massive stack of Lego there?
I think that more means that he's expecting 14BC to be made brand new, and it's just easier to have everything sent to one place, rather than shuffle around.

I could have sworn he already had Olivia's House. Him saying "...and Olivia's house for parts as well." would indicate that he does but he wants another set (which is roughly $80 BTW) just so he can have a spare door and window shutter handy. Makes you wonder how many times he's gotten the same set over and over.

The difference between you and Chris is that even if you found someone who actually would be willing to buy you several thousand dollars worth of shit, you know that you'd probably be expected to do something for it. Chris just thinks he's going to get that kind of stuff because he's somehow entitled to it, despite having done exactly fuckall to deserve it.

now, about that Ferrari baby....

Oh, he'll do things like buy six of a given set, for all the parts.

We all knew that after he got the box and moved into a new rental he'd be a little bit happier. I think he was. That's why he stopped posting. For the first time in his life he had a clean space to play around in. He's been biding his time doing legos and games on open tables. Now he's at a point where they're running out of money because of fire stress factors, and I'm sure the house is getting cluttered up again. We might see a brief resurgence in activity as he returns to Facebook to mope about things that had already been in his life, as they begin to reemerge.

When I was a lil' Holdek, about 25 years ago, I played with Legos, but I don't remember sets costing that much (even if you factor in inflation, I think).... But they also seemed more generic and "Legoish" if that makes any sense. Like I had a medieval/Robin Hood type castle set, a pirate boat/island set, a space set, a police station, stuff like that. But most of my Lego bricks looked like this:

Only, less retarded than previously photographed here.

Because he's Chris, Kim. I thought you knew this by now.

Also, my internet's taking a shit (sorry Null), so when I looked at his Facebook page, this was the first thing that loaded:
minifigneed.PNG

which reminded me of this little gem from one of the Jackie E-mails:

Chris said:
I relate with your desire for fancy and pretty things. Although IMHO, I would consider which is more of a "Want" or a "Need". Do you need or want those chopsticks? Wouldn't that cell phone replacement be more beneficial to you? Only food for thought.

Also, "As far as presents go..." is there a present-giving holiday before Chrismas that I'm not aware of? Crystal isn't born yet, so it can't be Father's Day.

Wow...when I think OPL may have even remotely begun to act like civilized human being, he proves me wrong (by this point, I honestly shouldn't be surprised). His selfishness, greediness, and his ego seemed to have skyrocketed within the past months he hasn't been on Facebook whining or bitching about The Bitch, The Witch, and The Bastard. It probably skyrocketed mere seconds after he received our big box of gifts, alongside his band of three mollycoddling dipshits (being Waterhead, Anna, and Ken/Kim). Just goes to show you that once Chris starts to run out of tugboat, and has spend the money on the gift cards everyone has sent his fatass; he reverts back into the same old haggard begging asshole we have come to love....or hate. It's absolutely no surprise that he didn't even bother asking for food, water, cloths, or even assistance with Snorlaxs' medication for her scabies, mites, shingles, or whatever parasite of the week she has now (unfortunatly, OPL does not fall under the category of a parasite). The best part of this event is that some dumbass is probably going to cave in and buy him what he wants, and OPL will never thank that person because of the tism, stress, and the dang dirty fire. My suggestion to anyone here planning on caving: buy OPL one of his LEGO sets he posted, but do not send him the entire set. Send it to him piece by piece. Hell, we may actually get a video from him bitching about said person being a dang dirty troll pinhead.

Also, I absolutely love how OPL has the nerve to give someone advice, perfect example him telling Jackie the difference between wanting and needing something, or better yet, giving lifestyle advice to Robert Simmons V cousin. But god forbid anyone attempts to give him advice he shoots you down saying you're wrong. That's not how psychology/negotiation works Chris. :alog:

I think I can understand someone asking their close friends to help out with some gift cards for necessities (you know groceries, toiletries, god forbid some clothing). Especially in a situation where your house more or less exploded no thanks to a keurig brewer.

It's already pretty typical Chris to see the list of gift cards that he wants. Out of the nineteen places he would want a gift card from that would actually help with things that he actually would need anything from is four. (or five? I don't recognize the one next to gamestop) It is just baffling to me on how much complete and utter shit is on this wish list.

Then there's the barrage of lego. It reminds me of when I was growing up and I would get a toys'r'us catalogue in the mail before Christmas and I would mark everything I vaguely even wanted in it. That is how unreasonable this is.

The thing about his situation is that I get it. Being in a crappy financial situation awful. Having to experience a house fire is probably worse. It's ok to want to treat yourself to something every once in a while, and you should be allowed to have fun and have nice things regardless of finances. But it's been only treats and wanting bullshit for Chris and it's like he doesn't fully grasp the gravity of his life right now.

This is probably one of the greediest, most ungrateful sides I've seen of Chris. just wow.
