Looking into the situation I'm pretty sure that the troon faked this just to drive attention to his OnlyFans. He has an alternate account where he complains about the price of ACA health insurance - employers with more than 50 full time employees are required to provide health insurance, and if your employer does then you are not allowed to take the tax credit subsidies. It's just unlikely that an employer small enough to not provide health insurance would also have a need for an entry level HR person - usually just one manager would be more typical.

The termination letter is a pretty generic template, specifically looks like the one provided by SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management.) The inclusion of the reference to a Sexual Conduct issue is strange though, unless something else happened in addition to the twitter post. While the current federal administration isn't super amenable to people of gender, a lawyer would probably advise more caution when dealing with someone who is arguably in a protected status since a judge and jury could feel differently and lawsuits are expensive and stressful even when you're winning (granted, it's possible they didn't run this by a lawyer, but, unlikely imo.
