Did she give up on it or did he make her stop it, in the end it wasn't really profitable and probably prevented her from cooking for him.

Her family is on the other side of the country in Pennsylvania. As Hatoful said, aside from a few friendly coworkers and maybe a doctor, she has no support network.

Speaking of Channel Awesome, here's an old piece of Phil history for you all. Did you know that Channel Awesome (formerly TGWTG) tried to get Phil to become a producer for their Blistered Thumbs website? This was during the height of Phil's popularity, and he actually talked about it in a couple of the early Ask the Kings videos. It actually makes sense Blistered Thumbs wanted to sign DSP considering what a misguided, poorly managed piece of shit that website became.

The reason he never signed with them is because his Blip TV channel got shut down for the racial comments he made during that infamous Dead Space 2 playthrough, and that was where CA put all their content during that time. He actually blamed the darn dirty trolls for reporting his Blip Channel and ruining his chances of signing with Channel Awesome in another Ask the King. Apparently, Blistered Thumbs and CA cut all contact with him after that incident. Considering how shitty CA has become, this might have been one of the best business decisions they ever made considering how bad Phil got years later.

Phil is playing one of those Jackbox-like games and is putting his own self-deprecating, "troll" answers. Is he trying to show that he has thick skin or something? And just so he can beat his fans? And then he's all fucking smug about when his answer gets picked. I don't get it, way to become your own detractor. And each fucking round takes like 3 minutes.

I have in the past purchased a few of Leanna's wax tarts and one of her soaps. They really are a pretty decent product, but it's a competitive marketplace and it's tough to separate yourself from the rest in the pack. She kind of had a small advantage with promotion from Phil's channel, but I wouldn't be surprised if with the anxiety she felt it's not worth the effort to hold down a job as well as the soap business...in addition to dealing with numb nuts.

To be fair, if you can sneak up to The End and catch him off guard, the shotgun is very effective against him.

We all know Phil's not good at the whole sneaking part of the process though.

Tbh The End is probably one of the most low risk boss fights in the game. He uses tranquilizer darts in his rifle so he can only do stamina damage, when he "beats" you, big boss just passes out and The End drags you back to the start of the fight, and you can pretty much continue where you left off. If he were an actual lethal boss I don't think Phil wouldn't have beat him as fast as he did, and it took him a pretty long time to kill him.

The only games that are not wasted on Phil are fighting games (because of all the salt he produces when getting owned) and cash-grabbing games that are the bottom of the barrel to begin with.

It's one thing to shit on Blizzard for not getting games like Diablo 3 (who shouldn't be always online to begin with!) and World of Warcraft to not work decently day one. Hell, until I finally quit WoW, every single new expansion release had 40 minutes queues for loggin in on the busiest servers, and Blizzard never did shit to remedy that despite KNOWING that it would happed (well, the finally decided to make their game a steaming pile of garbage so less people would log in to play). That kind of problem is inexcusable for a multi-million dollar company.

But you have to rememeber, with Phil, everything must be instant gratification. The half dozen people behind Ft13th are a bunch of detractors that are ruining his business by not delivering a flawless, lagless, complete experience for Phillipe Burnell, The King of Hate. Can't you see, people? If he somehow can't play these bleeding-edge, recent releases, he's going bankrupt! He can't pay his bilth! Eight years legacy! Please subscribe and donate on Patreon and Twitch to make these hard times somewhat bearable!

He's sinking himself lower and lower each passing day. Almost forty, and behaving like a pampered preteen. This can only end well for him.

I dare say that is a tragic commentary on his business plan if server issues on the launch of Friday the 13th are jeopardizing his viability to continue streaming...as he so claims.
That or he's crying wolf yet again and saying he's in trouble in order to shake the last coins out of his few remaining fans' pockets.

Injustice 2?! That game is over two-weeks old, dood! Nobody wants to watch his raw, unedited footage of some old garbage like that!

EDIT: Phil seems dead set on failing to notice that most people don't buy games on day 1 anymore; specially because there is a huge backlog of good games that most people still can go back to while waiting for some good deals, or to reviews to come off, or whatever.
