"Pro gamers" should be treated with suspicion at E3? Isn't that like....everyone who would attend a GAMING expo in the first place? I hope I'm not misreading this, and Bob isn't that stupid, to suggest E3 needs to be about people not in the gaming industry who hate video games and don't want a part of it.

They have given up on destroying gamers, and have decided to destroy video games themselves, since videogames are looking at a crash similar to the comic book one, all thanks to this balls to the walls shitastic propaganda storm of the last five years. Only Hollywood can push that garbage and remain "profitable".
Its nearly tradition for major German leaders to profess admiration of Islam and Muslims. Longstanding in fact. Doesnt change what every single one of their responses would have been to this recent bullshit.

McVeigh cannot be justified. But it is telling that 20 plus years later the lefties still have to beat that drum, while we practically have a Koranimal of the Week at this point from our Islamic friends.
Also, Loughner and the Dark Knight shooter were so fucking crazy they didn't have much of an agenda at all, at least not one that made any sense.

I'd argue with you on Hollywood finding the "hate the people who pay your bills" ideology profitable. While it's no where near as bad as the comic industry going down the tubes because Marvel and indies decided to drown the rest of the market with trash even when bleeding cash, most Hollywood films like take this approach like Fembusters have been massive flops. It's more like Hollywood has enough money behind that it doesn't immediately collapse under this dying fad.

Hollywood produces a hundred or so shitty, low-effort, inexpensive pieces of garbage they call "film" and never makes a return on them every fucking year yet they can still comfortably brag about the Benjamins they've lined their wallets with. Making one or two movies to cater to "SJW'S" is like losing one M&M from a 5 gallon jug of candy. Nobody should be surprised, and the people who say that film will die if it panders to Tumblr are optimistic idiots who haven't been paying attention.
Though to play Devil's Advocate, I don't think video games are in such an exaggerated state right now. The games AAA devs make fucking suck, but people are still buying them.

It's not about "film will die if it panders to Tumblr", we're talking about the profitability of calling your audiences sub-humans and only producing low effort trash. If something like E3 shifted it's focus from new video games/consoles to calling people who play games trash, it's likely their audience will leave them.
