No. That's a matter under contention in Greer v Moon as the Defendents asked for an accounting of all of the Plaintiff's prior litigation in discovery. Plaintiff Plaintiff Greeee's responses have been wildly insufficient. When discovery reopens he may get hammered on that.

I will never own an EV. I love my hybrid, but I can fill up my tank in five minutes tops, assuming I have to wait for a pump. EVs take forever and you can’t just fill them up wherever.
 
In my experience doing an obscene amount of business travel, EVs are usually what's left over at the rental agency because nobody wants to take them if they have a choice. It wouldn't shock me if Russ tried to argue about the price or the rental terms and the rental company gave him one just to get him out of there and stem the flow of drool onto their counter.

The District Court denied any stays and sent the eviction order directly to the Constables. He's unlikely to be able to block it in time.
