I thought what soured Kayla on April was when Aaron left and she had to really consider she might be the biggest loser and that April was actually competition, not just a distraction for her abusive husband so she could spend time with the guy who listened to stupid things like her wanting a bedroom fridge

BTW, Dr. Steve is a creepy fucker. He has been known to lay on the nice guy act a little too thickly at times (eg sending a PlayStation to a certain podcaster he’s never met, trying to ingratiate himself) and those who aren’t fooled by it steer well clear of the guy. It doesn’t surprise me a bit that he’s happy to help degenerates attempt to deceive the court.

When and why was she moved into the second house?
When and why was she housed with Nick's parents?
Who paid the deposit and the rent on her new apartment?

Rekieta really did the Toe a favour when he got him out of this relationship for minimal cost, but I don't feel as though we know anything close to what we should know about the downfall of the relationship between Nick, Kayla and April.

I was always of the opinion that Bob and Celeste put their foot down because the bad optics compounded and they had to run Nick's affairs after the mortgage default came to light and they didn't want more Petrofac cash being wasted on the side piece squatting next door.

April was ambitious but her entitled mentality and lack of finesse betrayed her. She was flaunting on social media like she and Nick were a fait accompli. Kayla is powerless, she couldn't command Nick to do shit; imho Bob and Celeste also had to intervene to temporarily house, then ditch the young, broke, childless blonde peacocking around their 2 houses and (probably for the first time) tell little Nicky NO, April's to be taken away from him like a transformer toy.

ETA: It still irks me how easily April got off the hook in this whole shitstorm. Keanu's sitting on a treasure trove of DMs, texts, etc from her but unlike wih Aaron, she didn't see it fit to snake April given that she manipulated Keanu and Geno into being her personal cudgel against Aaron.

I think that's part of it, but he'd still be doing the same thing if Aaron never took the photo. He's been going after Kurt for breaking ranks and mild jokes. Nick seems to mostly care about people he considers nerds mocking him than any cheating.

Seems like there's a really convenient solution here, Nick should fire his lawyer and represent himself. That way they can't keep him out of the chambers conferences, and he doesn't have to worry about someone not following his instructions. Of course he won't do that because he wants the cover of having someone else to blame when his 8D hyper-dimensional legal strategies don't work, just like with his retarded Franks motion.

Someone should have taught him in law school that being a good lawyer isn't "let's see how close I can get to breaking the law without doing so", but rather "let's minimize the chances of getting caught up in legal trouble".

In the same way Ang Lee's Hulk movie emulated comics by using split screens to represent panels, Nick's biopic will emulate his streams by having a giant stream overlay that takes up 2/3rds of the screen and being 2 hours late for every showing.

From what I gathered he thinks she calls herself "Lady K" and that it's weird and funny how she chose a username so close to Lady Rackets. The man has a swiss cheese brain.

As an aside, the LPG/Chemical Tanker "Galaxy Gas" is still in the Strait of Hormuz. so Nick may not be adding any new holes to his brain for a while.
