How will Bob react to seeing the Mario film?

The video is calling the choice to give Spidey an Iron Man style robotic suit with an AI (apparently named Karen) for him to talk to a smart way to bring back the inner monologue/constant quipping the hero is known for in the comics.
Bob, because he hates this movie for not being made by Sam Raimi and is trying to find anything about it he can criticize, labels this a "contrivance" that somehow cheapens the overall film.

Does he understand that voiceovers are complete shit in movies about 90% of the time? (The obvious exceptions are Goodfellas and to a lesser extent Casino, but generally when you hear a voiceover you know you're in for a bad time.)

Why do these types seem to hate GoT? Dobson has made similar statements. Is it the SJW thing? Or are they just insanely envious of another fat neckbeard who managed to become a multimillionare with his tits & dragons soap opera?

(PS I love GoT.)

A lot of them tend to fixate on childrens or entertainment which is easily digestable, Dobsons the same as I recall. You'll never see them talking about The wire, Deadwood or Downton Abbey or pretty much any show which requires a grown up mindset. Game of Thrones is just about dumb enough for them to get and is fun enough for them to genrally enjoy. They balk at the adult aspects because it intrudes on their mindset, bob most likely hates it because it intrudes on his simpistic world, the complex moral ambiguities of the show and uncompromising approach to feudalism is most likely disconcerting to a man-child who dislikes dark and gritty.

Bob doesn't care if it's attached to something he's nostalgic over. Nostalgia is his religion and Mario is his Jesus.

Figures. This is what I get for trying to apply real world logic to MovieBob.
It's true for most lolcows, but especially true for Bob that 95% of the time they come to hold their opinions through a desire to placate whatever emotional insecurity the topic is triggering rather than reasoning themselves to that conclusion.

I am constantly amazed that someone who pretty much openly calls for the extermination of the undesirables has such disdain for dark, gritty amusements. I guess a childish view of the world is a prerequisite for subscribing to the crap he does.

The two are intwined, children are often petulant, unable to control anger and spiteful, like a child he cannot act upon his more....feral impulses so he screetches impotently. Like many lolcows Bobs core issue is a childs emotional state funnelled through an adult mind, unusually it's rage rather than lust in Bobs case.

He's like OPL in that regard. He hates most M-rated games, watches and plays an inordinate amount of kiddie crap but puts things that are jarringly violent and adult in their opinions. It's one of the weirdest, most autistic struggles common to a lot of cows.

It's the rape. They absolutely despise the rape.

They have no problem with all the death and torture, or a dude getting his penis cut off (hell, they probably liked that part considering what kind of people we're dealing with...). It's literally just the rape. I remember the Mary Sue refusing to cover Game of Thrones anymore after

the Sansa rape in Season 5

although they later backpedaled on that statement.

They don't hate the rape, they just hated that specific rape scene. They had no issue with Dany getting reamed by Jason Momoa in Season 1 because her rapist was a hunky Hawaiian dude and the sex-starved hambeasts got lubed up over the thought of trading places with her. But the Season 5 rapist was an ugly weirdo so now of course it's problematic.

It's okay when he calls out people for having questionable opinions in their past:

In terms of legal advice, I'll stick with @AnOminous rather than a guy who can't tell the difference between libel and slander:

Because it's rare that Bob fucks up understanding something directly to do with an area I have some expertise in, I gotta chime in.

No, dumbass, that is not the "conspiracy to commit." A conspiracy only comes into being when a substantial step toward planning the commission of a crime has taken place. If you plan to get together to talk about a bank robbery and draw up plans, but when you get to the meeting place all you do is ... I dunno, sperg out about Mario Brothers and the uselessness of the working class, then no substantial step has taken place and no conspiracy arises. Words mean things. Words in statutes, doubly so. Try reading a few of them sometime, Blobby.

Far Cry 5 remember Far Cry 5. Despite being a 9/11 causing FPS because the enemies are dirty Gun owing Redneck Christians suddenly it was alright. He dislikes Dark and gritty for the same reason he dislikes everything else he dislikes... Politics. If the next COD game was about the multicultural Superior American military, led by HRC of course, putting the New Confederacy in its place, The New Confederacy being the South, South West, Midwest, Plains states, Mountain states and Alaska of course, he would proclaim it the greatest game of all time.

Bobby is very much into thought crimes; merely thinking about something is enough to send you to gulag.

Well conspiracy to commit a crime is usually only reserved for if one is actually putting out the willingness to try and either murder or harm someone. If I am willing to hire goons to either murder or maim someone, then I am apart of conspiracy to commit murder. Bob is so devoid of critical thought he cannot tell the difference between saying something and calls to action.

I get what you're saying, but lots of dark and gritty stuff comes from the left side of the aisle, when its creators espouse politics at all. Game of Thrones is no exception. The cast is full of lefties. Kit Harrington has bashed Trump. Peter Dinklage, to my eternal disappointment, got in on some gun control shtick. I don't know Benioff and Weiss's politics, but Martin is comfortably on the left, famously claiming to have been a conscientious objector in Vietnam. One rape scene is enough to dismiss all that?

Social Justice is like a church and just like a church if you commit a heresy its excommunication time. The most famous/recent example being what they did to Sensitive Joss Whedon after Age of Ultron.

Conspiracy kicks in once any of the participants actually does something concrete toward committing the crime. Once that happens, though, everyone involved is on the hook for everything every co-conspirator does toward the offense, even if they didn't know it happened.

Figure as much like if I would loan a man a gun and then he killed someone with it.

You forgot to add it doesn't even matter if you did it or not. Joe Sweden wasn't even guilty of what he was accused of (besides making a bad film), the entire controversy was born out of feminists not keeping up with a conversation where Widow refers to herself as a monster because she was a trained killing machine, not the "I can't have babies" thing. They don't have attention spans for popcorn flicks just like it seems Bob has.

Only if you provided him with it intending he commit a crime, or some other crime like a robbery where it would be reasonable to expect someone might get killed. In for a dime, in for a dollar.
