💀 HorrorcowNicholas Robert Rekieta / Rekieta "Law" / Actually Criminal / @NickRekieta / "u/Early-Leopard-8351" - Polysubstance abuser, child doser, dog killer. "Lawtube pope" turned zesty Dabbleverse Redditor streamer. Swinger "whitebread ass nigga" who snuffs animals and visits 🇯🇲 BBC resorts. Legally a cuckold. Still not over his ex Aaron. Wife's bod worth $50.
Of course he won't do that because he wants the cover of having someone else to blame when his 8D hyper-dimensional legal strategies don't work, just like with his retarded Franks motion.
The funniest option is Melton eats a sanction or otherwise is punished for the doctors note fuckery while Nick isn't.
No amount of hating Aaron together will make Melton continue to associate with Nick once it starts costing Melton real money (I am convinced Nick is paying 100% of the Barneswalker's costs).
I don't even need Nick snaked, just ban him from Hackamania next year and the fireworks will be legendary.
Edit: Also, Nick apparently offered to testify about the doctor's note. He constantly ignores the best advice to just shut up, and the judge should not have saved him from being cross examined on the matter.

He references without naming them the GAL and talks about how he told the prosecutor "you know me" and the prosecutor switched to Nick's side against the GAL in family court and then the family court case ended. That was a new one.
First of all, imagine thinking it's a flex that you went after a GAL like that in court. In case anyone doesn't know, the GAL is basically the legal representation for the child. They push for what's best for the kids. Nick should have nothing bad to say about anyone who works in his kids best interests...but Nick is a covert narcissist, so he doesn't really love his kids.
We all know what happened, Nick. You plead guilty, you submitted yourself to the court's judgment and your kids got placed back in your home because you're a first time offender and reconciliation is always the ultimate goal.
Nick was willing to testify in court about Dr. Steve's letter. The judge strongly advised him not to do it because he would be subject to examination and cross-examination. The judge attempted to explain why it wasn't in Nick's interest to do that.
Aaron's attorney has accused Patrick Melton of a felony and contempt of court
LOLOL. Oh gosh, this is setting things up so well for Nick, AND Melton. As we saw with Ralph, the Stearns County judges may not give as much leeway with out-of-staters.

Every judge I've seen literally says that they can't give advice. Sometimes they'll advise someone of their rights if they don't have a lawyer or will find a lawyer if questioning gets hot to advise a witness. I find the warning to an ex lawyer who has representation really merciful of the judge but probably not improper.
The judge probably just didn't want to get stuck for the hours Nick would have dragged it out.
I don't know what Nick could have testified about anyway. He's not a medical expert, and any thing that the doctor or Melton told him is hearsay anyway.
The Ice Storm -- in which middle class suburbanites start experimenting with substance abuse and swinging and their lives eventually spin out of control.
Nick is high on his prescription Adderall trying to get ahead of his collusion with Melton about his doctors note. Which according to Nick is a felony to defraud the court. Like Melron isn't on camera laughing about not showing up to court. View attachment 8860807
Yes, Nick a cursory search on google should have given some basic information to verify who the fuck wrote this note.
This is how it would go in any courtroom. It also doesn't help that if it's been weeks in the making that the note just pops up the day before a hearing and is authored by a doctor who lives 2,000 miles away from Melton.
Acting like sketchy assholes doesn't endear you to courts.
Nick's attorney is going to bury Aaron's attorney for fraud. Melton's medical condition has been well documented for many weeks.
Those nutters always talk about getting government officials in trouble (like claiming he bullied CPS by accusing them of perjury) and getting attorneys disbarred or put in jail.
Isn't this the same dude who claimed for years to be narcoleptic? Now he can stay up for 40 hours at a time? I know, bigger fish to fry than his lies from 3 years ago about being narcoleptic so he could abuse even more prescription drugs. It's still fascinating to watch everything we knew were lies unravel so unceremoniously years later.
Such a retard. He should look up what the "R" in "HRO" stands for. It's quite literally an order restraining that which could otherwise be considered "free speech."
Also isn't Dr Steve a performer or attendee at Hackamania? It's obviously sketchy.
Edit: I doubt anything will happen, but if DR Steve catches a stray I will laugh. Though I am curious what that note says now. Writing something like that without doing real diagnosis is probably unethical for a doctor, and I imagine that the medical community cares a bit more about that than Minnesota courts seem to care about things.
Narcissists love to surround themselves with people they think they are better than, but he really had to scrape the bottom of the barrel to find this crowd.
When the hearing happens, Nick is going to put on the court record all the stories about Aaron's dick and all the stories that Aaron ever told him about his dick
Nick tells a story about him making a speech in front of the prosecutor about how Nick had lines that he would not allow the prosecutors to cross with his kids.
Someone should have taught him in law school that being a good lawyer isn't "let's see how close I can get to breaking the law without doing so", but rather "let's minimize the chances of getting caught up in legal trouble".
