Regarding this screencap: Nick spent ages arguing that it only matters if Steve is registered in NV if he's in a doctors office, or a hospital. He's essentially saying writing a note for Melton (i.e diagnosing someone) is in the same category as a doctor helping someone on a plane in an emergency. Steve can write a doctors letter because anyone can write a doctors letter. Obviously this makes no sense and Nick lost his marbles around this time.
