🐮 Lolcow Russell Greer / Mr. Green / Russell Greee / Russle / Brothel Prince / @ just_some_dude_named_russell29 / A Safer Nevada PAC - Swift-Obsessed Sex Pest, Convicted of E-Stalking, "Eggshell Skull Plaintiff" Pro Se Litigant, Homeless, aspiring brothel owner

What private lender would give Greer a loan? His credit score must be in the toilet after multiple evictions and having his car repossessed a few years ago. He's definitely got a maxed out card or two that he's only making minimum payments on. Sure student loans can't be discharged through bankruptcy under most circumstances, but Greer will never be able to repay the principle, much less the interest. Even for a predatory lender it's not worth the risk.
That may be true, but student loans are a whole different thing; if Greer never pays, the government (we, null) do. The requirement for a pulse can likely be waived, too.

I don't think Russhole is seeing whores, and hasn't for quite a while. He's not welcome at most, if not all, the bawdy houses in Nevada, and he likely can't find, can't afford, or is too scared of arrest to use a "freelance" hooker. Plus MANY of the working girls in Nevada know about him and won't service him.
Greer has no problem seeing streetwalkers and has even admitted to using their services in court documents.

I know it's been suggested that Greee bought an EV as part of a cunning business plan where he can run a vehicle and not pay a single cent for gas, but I'm sure it's just as much about trying to impress the ladies.
His strategic business acumen barely extends the length of his cursed penis. I'm reminded of this post.

I can't recall if this email was aimed at a she-person but based on his tone I'm assuming it is. Mighta been Lisa the county clerk. This reeks of him trying to show off his enviro-jalopy off (while bemoaning its shortcomings). I can sniff out simp-like typing a mile away and this one's got the stink all over it in just three sentences. I've seen the way he tries to woo the whores on linkedin: like a sniveling, whimpering faggot. You're not slick Russ I see you. well you are slick but not in the clever metaphorical way. "hurrr it's so co' ow here...so co'....brr...trying to collect five siggies for my whore initiative is sooooo hard...I have nowhere to charge my scooter...nevertheless I persist. Does that get you hot?"

What kind of man will not brave the ...checks notes 60 degree dry cold to support his whore empire? No man.

Hot tip Crusty: the professional world is not where you complain about how cold it is, that your car needs maintenance, if internet stalkers like you, or whether you take it up the ass or not.

Comments about how he thinks a suit or an EV make him special remind me of how he thinks flowers have magical wooing power — even when it’s an $8 gas station bouquet. Just like he thinks dinner is a real panty-creamer, even if it’s bloody Olive Garden (at 11AM, no less).

My personal belief is that he got an EV because that's all the buy here pay here lot would sell him. Their entire business model revolves around putting broke idiots into clapped out luxury cars.

A remittitur does not necessarily mean reduction. The district court, for example, used it in it's most literal sense (i.e. to send back). Most likely this notes that Russ' time to object has since expired

In this case could it be the filing fee? He paid, what was it $200, or $250, something like that, to be able to file the case.

He did not actually. See:

"Accordingly, the filing fee for this appeal is waived" - Nevada Supreme Court

I swear if life threw me half the mulligans the courts have thrown rusty I'd be living on easy street

Right, but he did put up that $250 bond (which he later bitched about not getting back in a timely fashion).
Indeed. The District Court told him so.

I don't know how this relates to the previous topic. The $250 that was returned is a district court matter, not a Supreme Court of Nevada matter.

There was some slight confusion upthread about a $250 payment Dipshitforlips had paid in the case, that's all, you may unclench since it's only Tuesday.

Yep, that is where my confusion is coming from. Thanks to you both for clearing that up.

The ability for me to keep this all straight in my head is reaching its limit. I think I might have to start keeping notes.
