When you get your debt waived while making $100,000 to $150,000 a year ($148,000 was last year's number posted here) and you have no family and never go anywhere, it makes it pretty easy to spend a lot. The idea that he still wants to refinance his house when it's the one successful (lucky) investment he's made is very Phil.

honestly, that house and the appreciation it has is the closest thing the mayun has to a nest egg and a retirement fund, so it makes sense his immediate first impulse is to cash it out immediately to splurge on ikea furniture and more amazon wrist wrests

He keeps talking about how he can't do any improvements around the house until he has credit again. Like where is all your money going? Most homeowners don't put renovations on credit, that is not normal. Almost like he should have kept up on all of it so it's not one giant lump sum.

Skip the prestream, play whatever game a bunch of people are currently asking for (it was Nioh 3 a few weeks ago, idk what's popular now), be generally nice to both chats, gift some memberships/subs. Leave the vod up and not split the part.

It would be amazing to see what kind of crazy shit gets posted in the KF thread after a full day of DarkSydePhil being baseline competent, especially after he reverts to DarkSydePhil the following day.
