I don't think most GGers would ever really forgive him, but a lot of team shitlord would welcome him if he was being honest. He'd need to acknowledge his wrongdoing, though. Until he does that, he won't be accepted.

What I'd love to see, honestly, isn't even anything that lofty. It's him actually doing something with himself.
