Quite the opposite actually, the Artist is Jon McNoughton, a conservative artist (not a Fascist like Chipman claims) who does a lot of political/religious artwork. This is a recent painting done by him named "You Are Not Forgotten", on his site he has links to it with commentary where he explains it's about how "many Americans have felt forgotten by the establishment in Washington," with the crowd representing those neglected by the state.

His imagery is muddled and his lighting is in fact pretty weird. He is sort of the Thomas Kinkade of vaguely pious conservative art. He's a reasonably good draftsman, I suppose, but his major weakness is if you look at the hands he draws, they could be practically cut and pasted. He can't draw hands so he has some stereotyped ways of drawing them to avoid putting any effort into it. I suppose it's better than having everyone hide their hands in their pockets or out of the frame.

If I had to guess, it would a be lame, pandering attempt at making a crowd-pleasing blockbuster that feels like it was written by a Martian, mixed with political overtones that are questionable at best and utterly reprehensible at worst, meaning we ultimately end up with a movie made for nobody but Bob.
