The shooter fits none of the usual profiles, planned this attack in a way that displays extreme cunning and preparation, had access to inexplicably large cash reserves, and -- if it turns out he really did use an automatic weapon, and that weapon was legal -- is only the 3rd or 4th person to use a legal automatic weapon in a criminal act at least since the 1986 gun control law that made most such weapons illegal.

I don't know what the fuck happened in Las Vegas or why. Nobody does at this point. Opining about it, especially in Bob's characteristically shitheaded fashion, is just asking for trouble.
