Not sure if this blog has been posted before, but regardless it's got me completely stumped. There's a few mods responding to anonymous requests so the art styles vary, and a couple of them aren't bad artists, but these requests.. These requests have to be a troll. I refuse to believe that any of them are serious, it's gotta be a bunch of anons flinging shit at the wall to see what sticks.

I put my favourite image first, because it's beautiful.

This doesn't seem too terrible (SJW-wise, actual quality nonwithstanding) other than that weird bit about the patriarchy in this description. Just baby's first edgy art game that seems to be inspired by Happy Tree Friends.

Then again, I just skimmed through the video. I have no idea how Vinny managed to sit through almost an hour of that eye bleeding crap.

This game gives me the impression of someone who can't see outside themselves. I'm extremely turned off by the sections where the bunny is cut in half or otherwise mutilated and other people refuse to see the problem. Guess what, everyone has their own problems, and guiding someone to recovery is a massive timesink. People have their own lives and you are not entitled to their time. Ever. Especially since people in that sort of state can be extremely abusive without even meaning it. You can't demand altruism from someone.

Edit: In addition, not everyone is going to be able to relate to what you're experiencing, because they simply haven't had the experiences you have. That's why they say "ignorant" things like "how about you do yoga?" or whatever, because they cannot understand what your situation needs.

It's really all that matters to them. I once heard someone talk about how great the new Power Rangers movie was because it was diverse, even though the movie itself was mediocre at best. Never mind whether or not something is clever, well-written, visually appealing, or fun. What matters is that the movie fulfills some arbitrary representation quota.

Power Rangers has ALWAYS been progressive, or at least it tries. There have been 3 controversies regarding this and most of them remain in the original show's time, meaning that it was other times

I personally think that the spider chick pic is drawn well, and that the coloring for the second and third pic is nice, but comparing it to the SFW pictures, that are true to designs, I'm wondering why someone would draw progressive art for...dolls. The anatomy is also very wonky, especially in the first one. The second one has canon piercings, but the artist in the NSFW one made her piercings and plant features in a unattractive, creepy way.

The tumblr doll community is another poc lesbo obsessed community. They're suuuuuper invested in the "lore" and "queerbaiting" (all the girls are lesbian to them) and love to dictate how other people own their toys. I remember searching for some stingy jew art in the doll tags and wound up reading about some bi poly relationship between butterfly fairies or some shit, a dvd princess musical being interpreted as a critique on captalisim and the patriarchy and throwing a fit over people who wanna straighten their dolls curly afro hair.

These are drawn by two different people, yet manage to look exactly the same... I didn't even realize it until I read the text. This is getting ridiculous!

I always wonder why people think the kids could be anything other than white. Jade lives on a island, so she would be tanned, but Jade would still be white.
Rose, though...it's obvious. She's described and implied to be a shut-in poetic pale emo. Also, she has blonde hair.
I've never been that into HS, or fully read it, but its clear that the kids are mostly stereotypes of white teens. Even some of the trolls, like Latula or Eridan, have quirks that are obviously hinting that, if they were human, they'd be white.

The Heathers one isn't so bad. the style's kinda meh, but at least the girls look pretty (as popular mean girls should).

Never mind whether or not something is clever, well-written, visually appealing, or fun. What matters is that the movie fulfills some arbitrary representation quota.

The irony being that Power Rangers has ALWAYS been diverse. It's been that way since the 90's. Yeah, PR isn't as popular as it used to be, but the fact the movie was simply following what's been set a precedent for the franchise is an awesome, earth-shattering revelation to these Tumblrinas?

The only things that were majorly different was they made Trini a lesbian, but even then the movie was completely non-committal about her sexual orientation, and Billy's autism is largely negligible and just high functioning enough to still "pass" as a normal quirky teen. But those are the least of the movie's problems and issues. *coughGoldarInNameOnlycough*

An a footnote to the PR movie: despite it being lauded for its diversity by virtue signalers and Tumblrinas... the movie pulled a 'Green Lantern' and just barely made its budget back by the time it finished its run in theaters and overseas. Which means there's pretty much no chance of a sequel. Proof that when something legitimately diverse is given to them, these dumbshits won't actually go out there and support it. No, they'd rather just mutilate other popular properties and demand representation in them instead. Something something moving goalposts.
