Phil hates being called out for doing things only for money, even though he can't go a day without talking about how much money he isn't making.

I think he assumes going on about how he has to pay the bills and do video streams for a living makes him look like the adult of the group. The thing is that whining about how you constantly a missed payment away from losing a home makes you look like someone that has no clue how to budget.

I swear when Phil talks about his "detractors making shit up" He's talking about drgnkiller of which I can't blame him. Because drgnkiller is the first to jump to baseless conclusions with zero evidence in hopes of e-fame. Remind you of anyone? most of the time and sperges out on twitter themself.

After I posted I saw that a video had been uploaded but I figured a few people would prefer to get the same info in 2 seconds of reading rather than watching a vid for 7 mins. I understand drgn paraphrases sometimes but from what I've seen the reliability is acceptable for a comprehensive one stop compared to hunting down and watching this and that vid. If you know of a better source thats as or more convenient or can show him being maliciously deceitful or having a pattern of being significantly inaccurate than I will gladly drop him.

1. Did he seriously use the term, "long-form Let's Player" to refer to himself?? In an attempt to make himself sound important Phil here missspells, "lazy-ass".

- Jesus Christ. I now see why he wont look for a job. I believe that he's now incapable of working under another person and doing a job that he thinks is "beneath him".

- This explains a lot regarding his treatment of Leanna. I guess she did a lot of the "gruntwork" around the house...

That's right! Leanna did indeed respond.
It's not Phil that's selling soap and wax tarts.

As much as Phil loves to exaggerate, does anyone wanna guess as to how much actual stuff she left behind? He says she left 4 garbage cans full which to me actually means 4 garbage bags maybe. Throw out 1 - 2 bags each time & they're gone in a few weeks. It'll be an exaggeration. Probably like those small trash cans. He's past the denial phase of the break up "It was mutual, we're still on good terms. This is a good thing as I'm a master of my time!" to the anger portion "FUCKING BITCH LEFT A MESSY OFFICE."

Latest whine-rant about Leanna he says they broke up in April.

• "Leanna and I are going to be test driving some vehicles around here." on April 27th
  • You don't test drive vehicles with someone that's recently said she's not dating you and that she's looking for another place to live.
• Continued to call her his girlfriend (although not fiance) on May 15th
  • Doesn't mean a ton, could have been saving face.
• Worried about paying her medical bills after the ER visit on May 15th
  • You don't worry about paying the medical bills of someone that stopped dating you WEEKS ago and either moved out in the previous days or is currently moving their stuff out.
• Adamant that her coworkers/first responders weren't permitted to take her to the ER if it happened again on May 15th
  • You most certainly don't act like them going to the ER again will be a huge imposition on you for someone that you're not dating as of weeks ago and not going to be living with anymore as of days ago.
• Had a 2017 Corolla on his insurance on May 31st
  • Buying a car does not take weeks, it takes hours to days. He could have backed out of that and looked for something else before his BMW lease ended in June- or paid for a taxi once a week for significantly less than he pays for that car. He could have used the taxi indefinitely or while looking for a replacement car.

  • You don't live with someone for 3+ weeks after an ugly breakup when you have other options, she had other options.
• "We broke up before that, you dumbfuck kid." referring to the ER visit on May 31st.

Speculation:

1. She was talking with friends about her situation and they finally convinced her to end things because eventually those friends were going to win
2. She had a panic attack at the idea in part because moving out on her own was scary because she'd literally always lived with someone else that handled that stuff.
   
3. She didn't have the conversation with him before he returned to make his REEEmergency stream finish
4. She told him the next day it was over and found a friend to move in with for a while or went back across the country to family for a hot minute.
5. Because DSP CANNOT hold an L he had to quickly make sure to lie about the timetable and motivations.

Isn't renton/washington like any other first world country where they have a city dump/tip where you can take excess refuse to be disposed of for a small fee (although probably free if its just a few bags).

Sometimes in life you have to just eat the cost of getting something done, especially if you want your living space in working order. This is one of those times. Just pay the fucking fee and take out your trash. The only way that shit is going to go away is if he does it, or if the county does when they toss him out for being a hoarder.

The thing that I don't get is, why keep anything that reminds you of your ex? Even if I were lazy, I still wouldn't want to be seeing that shit and getting butthurt multiple times a day when I invariably do.

See, this is exactly why Phil telling people that the optimal way to voice criticisms is on the forums (or via e-mail) is not only pointless, but untrue. Because you're going to get the same kind of answer, regardless. The only difference is that he's replying to your "dumbfuck" comment in writing, as opposed to whining on stream for ten minutes. It's still the same super-defensive, deflective, and panic-mode ranting where he acts like a critique is a personal attack against him.

I sincerely hope Ziggy doesn't act like waifudestroyermatt and continue to be at Phil's side, after this. The more Phil lashes out at the people who support him, the less fans he'll have. Just like Chris Chan, Phil is his own worst enemy.

Well no. If a retailer isn't obligated to collect sales tax then you don't have to pay it. As the consumer/purchaser you're not implicated in any failure by the business selling you something to obey tax laws. If the seller doesn't collect the tax and was obligated to collect it, then the state can assess the seller and make them pay the tax. It would then be up to the seller to try to collect it after the fact from the buyer.

If a retailer isn't obligated, the buyer is required to report the purchase and pay the tax when they file their taxes. No one does because there's no paper trail and the state/municipality can't prove anything.

That's why states have been leaning on online retailers to collect it even if they don't have a physical presence and can't necessarily require it. They just promise to make it more difficult to do business in other ways until Amazon, etc., agree, or find questionable ways to require it anyway.

WA must not have hopped on that bandwagon yet.
