The reason why I think OPL works as a subforum is because the amount of discussion greatly overpowers the amount of meaningful content. He'll go days, sometimes weeks without posting something noteworthy to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. And in the meantime people run around and around with the same arguments, same questions, references to Christory, etc.
Russell produces content daily. Whether it's a post-and-delete, creepy comments on Instagram, Kayli's snarkbombs, more book raving, there's always something new. So, even though there's a lot of circular discussion, it doesn't overpower the content.
And yes, something that we consider meaningful from Russell would just go in the Random Thoughts and Questions thread for OPL. But Russell has been documented for much less time, we haven't gotten nudes from him or imaginary girlfriend sagas or seen his mother walk in on him masturbating (thank morgan freeman). He doesn't have as many "monumental" moments to overshadow his latest frothy post about how Taylor should be on her knees under the table or how the trolls are inbred Hitlers. That also means it's a lot harder to decide which new Russ updates are worthy of a new thread, and which are just for general thread.
But that's just me. I always preferred it as a general discussion thread, even though it gets circular and repetitive.

He would probably enjoy that because it would be a golden-tier victim card in his mind. He'd spend Christmas Day using his card to try and gain an instant sexual pity date from IG models. I can't imagine he even cares about his relatives since they presumably don't praise his lies and delusions. Sadly, his Mormon parents are probably too forgiving and tolerant to ever uninvite him. The fact that his "bombshell" of a book hasn't completely crushed Tay-Tay's career must be killing Russhole inside. You just know in his mind he expected her to show up at his door in tears begging for Shit Lips' forgiveness and to be her forever bae, including giving him tons of money. On this topic, Russell could do with a masterpost on his history, I think Russell lacks the following to warrant a board, but a masterpost could go a long way to cutting out the fat of this thread and making Russell more accessible, alongside bringing in new posters who won't read 250 pages of asinine commentary and then think it's acceptable to post more. Perhaps once that issue is remedied he might earn a board. Failing that, I think a main thread for general postings and maybe another should there be another lawsuit is more suitable than a board.

I'm kinda bummed that it's all just one thread again. It really sucked when the thread advanced 5+ pages per day and it was mostly people saying the same thing, and it wasn't even that clever. Just the same insults. I remember there was even "Russ is ______ so I wouldn't fuck him," powerlevel wankery until a mod finally came over and told everyone to knock it off. Like not everyone has all day to sift through the the same old comments. When it's advancing so quickly, there better be something juicy going on, like the trial or the book release. There is a lot to talk about with Russ, but that is truly ridiculous.
I guess I shouldn't complain much since we were the ones who squandered it.
