How will Bob react to seeing the Mario film?

I love how he calls people complaining about Last Jedi "manbabies", despite doing the same thing countless times (Mass Effect 3, Amazing Spider-Man 2, BvS)

I have seen a lot of weird and dumb Star Wars fights over the years. Clone Wars vs. The Clone Wars, The Force Unleashed vs. Rebels, old EU/Legends vs. new Disney timeline and lots of arguments over the prequels. But Bob and his not liking The Last Jedi makes you apart of his backwards obsolete enraged manbabies crowd thing he is doing is the dumbest Star Wars fight I have seen yet.

If their's one thing you can rely on bob to do it's taking the producers side at the expense of the general public, the film could have concluded with Finn being hung by Stormtroopers in the background as Kylo wren shotgun marries Rey at the space plantation and he'd still like it if fanboys bitched about thrawn not being in it.

Go fuck yourself Bob. You think you're the only person who suffered from bullying? Facts are most people forgot being bullied when they get a life. You never did.

I used to think people ended up assholes because they were bullied in school. Lolcows have convinced me they were bullied in school because they were assholes even then, and probably weren't beaten enough.
Some kids are bullied through no faults of their own; some kids earn their bullying; some kids are never bullied enough -- and this final group grow into Bobbies.

So Bob crows about Mark Hamil accepting and praising Episode VIII, (even though the actor does so in an overly polite tone that makes it sound like Mickey Mouse is holding him at gunpoint. ) I'm sure Bob is now fantasizing about ways to force this kind of contrition on everyone who disagrees with him.

And with Bob's aunts and sister trying to overload him with sugar and glass disguised as candy, I can't help but think that at least subconsciously, they're hoping they'll have the opportunity to skip his funeral in the near future...

Well Bob I am to the point if you like any remote film, i am going think it is crap and your vitriol is a good reason to stay away from it.

Also, this new movie has now reawakened the super asshole in Bob that went to war with the Mass Effect crowd, the ones who like Amazing Spiderman series, GamerGate, Batman V Superman, and various other things. I swear with him and Dobson film criticism only exists to use against people and ideas they don't like.

Bob liked the Amazing Spider-Man films at one point?

I honestly don't get how opposing gay marriage means you support ISIS. Is this his "Piracy funds Terrorism"?
gayisis-jpg.342625

ISIS doesn't just dislike Gay Marriage, they throw gays off roofs. Not to mention the only people in this country that aren't Islamic Fundies that support ISIS consist of "Prison Abolitionist"/Anarchist SJWs who believe that all they want is to end the oppression of Muslims.

Oh and Common Filth Radio, but I don't count him as a person at this point. He's more like a comic book character with how much of a self-parody he became.

I'm pretty sure being in favor of mass immigration from countries where gay people are publicly stoned, hanged or beheaded makes you more opposed to gay marriage. Maybe this tub of shit should take a trip to a place like Sudan and try complaining about gay marriage there.

I wonder was Bob bullied/treated like crap because he was an innocent victim or was he a creepy dude in high school and everyone was shunning him?We only ever get his side no one asks but how did you behave among people back in high school?

Bob earned his bullying if there was any but given his narcissism and generally ability to miss the point i wouldn't be surprised if his "bullying" was an unaware person asking him if he played the new Sonic game.

I never though that the My Little Pony movie could be less watchable, but Bob found a way.

Hey! MLP was much more watchable and entertaining than the Last Jedi.

What a stupid fight.

Clone wars was much superior.

That's...not even close to refuting his point.

Oh wow, I guess a human error means his entire point is invalidated.

Well I love the doublethink Bob displays in this not mentioning the stupid grammar error. This is the fat sack of shit that thinks the West and East Coast are the most "Culturally Evolved" place taking on a really elitist attitude, then the next second will try to play the "Working Class Man" card the next. That is what pisses me off the most as I hate inconsistency more than anything else

Good lord, I step away for a couple of days to make merry and this swollen thumbhead just keeps on rollin'. A few reactions, in no particular order.

PS. I make no apologies for thoughts muddled by brandied eggnog.

Mindless spasms of iconoclastic violence always end well! Also, I guess the Roman practice of damnatio memoriae is part of the Superior Future.

Also, good to know Bob's lack of respect for the dead isn't limited to his immediate family.

That's...not even close to refuting his point.

Is he seriously claiming the whole "let go of the past" thing is now not part of The Last Jedi's innumerable missteps? I thought autists like him and Dobson have been screeching about how awesome it is that TLJ pissed in oldtime Star Wars fans faces for like the last 2 weeks.

Hey, yeah ... how the hell does he square peoples' dissatisfaction with Star Wars with his own nonstop bellowing about Spider-Man? It's like he's a big ginormous bloated hypocritcal cocksucker or something.

Have fun being a nine-course meal for the wolves.

Wouldn't it be great to see Bob move out to Silicon Valley to be part of the Coastal Elite only to be devoured by a fuckin mountain lion? Closest that guy'll ever get to a cougar going down on him.

He can't just say, "Well, I liked it, too bad it didn't do it for a lot of fans." No, it has to be this epic struggle between the forces of progress and the regressive shitlords, even though at the end of the day it's a silly space opera about wizards and laser swords and various types of puppets. Because Bob has nothing in his life but pop culture filth, and so it assumes a laughable importance it would never hold for a well-adjusted person. That's the most important thing in the world to him, lacking friends, loved ones he really cares about, and even the possibility of children. Even Brianna Wu has her filthy dogs (although I suppose they're more like fashion accessories). Bob has Mario. Good job, Bob.

It's astonishing to me that he can affect the guise of a savvy consumer of media culture but seem completely oblivious to the obvious likelihood that Hamill's newfound respect for Episode VIII is due to Disney doing panicked damage control. If that 77% dropoff figure is accurate, this movie is a potential catastrophe. Not that it won't make money -- it's already made several dump trucks worth of money -- but that if Disney succeeds in alienating the incredibly loyal Star Wars fanbase, then that $2 billion they gave George Lucas could turn out to have bought them nothing but the world's most expensive lemon franchise. They probably really would hold Luke Skywalker at gunpoint to get him to say the film is awesome if they could get away with it.

Bob doesn't care about long-term repercussions, he only cares about immediate self-gratification. That is why he loves Marvel movies, even though most are alright with a few being anything special. That is also why he will bitch and moan on Twitter, only to shocked when he gets fired from two outlets that he still denies to this day.

Bob often talks about automation and the obsolescence of the vast majority of the human race. His idea of the Working Class is probably one in line with his Superior Future where only the culturally evolved remain. The new Working Class is the movie critic rather than the inferior steel mill worker or truck driver that have been replaced by robots.

This is someone that disturbingly frequently and publicly muses about genocide and the utopian future that will come from it. It's not a recipe for a healthy thought process under the best of circumstances.
