He very very likely paid upwards of $10,000 if I had to guess, its registered since 2003 so a squatter probably owned it until Vidar paid a shit ton for it.

It really baffles me that Phil thinks that people only dislike him as a meme. People don't hate him cause "hurr durr gouty mcgoutface pedo pigroach ACKACKCAKACK". All those topics are just the cherry on top of Phil's shit sundae and he really doesn't understand how toxic himself and his fan base is.

He even claims that people tell him that they see and hear all the dirt about him and see him on stream and they don't understand the hate. Anyone who goes into stream chat and says something that would be kosher for any other stream is most likely facing a permaban with no explanation. If that doesn't tip them off as someone to ridicule first the constant salt/bland commentary will.

Only if someone wanted to buy it. These domain squatters sit on something forever at some ridiculous price until some sped (Vidar) actually buys it. He could probably sell it for a few pennies on the dollar for what he paid for it.

We'll see if all the reports about the obvious viewbots will do anything. You could say "Well, they'll never ban him because he brings in money." But I'm sure Phil's image isn't great for the site for one thing. And the other thing is if someone is blatantly breaking TOS they can be dealt with. See: LTG and Destiny.

Seems like the removal of SOK has made Phil more confident in his schemes as he feels his detractors are gone. I am glad to see them go as he has been more entertaining in the past few months. It's hilarious how this creature shows his whole life online and its a total shit show.

I would say that confidence is derived from him feeling untouchable on twitch and a his source of revenue from his gullible fans. Pretty sure he acted like this in his early days on youtube before the sok, kwo, or any other notable detractor group

These points are very much worth talking about.

The tax/soulmaid/escort nexus of lies and intrigue really floors me with how bold Phil is being about it. Especially the bait and switch with the gf "suddenly" two weeks ago having her lease extension denied, and coming right out to say we're never getting the final total of the tax bill.

What was the last blatant scheme DSP tried to pull on us? The PS4 Pro/new PC Patreon goal, which was proposed and killed very quickly... remember that? "I'm asking for $3700 this month, but if you can't all coordinate to donate that all at once, then too bad you plebs! I keep all of it, and any extra won't be saved toward the goal. In theory

The domain squatter business model is to have hundreds or thousands of domains and do nothing. People come to you if they want your domain and they'll pay for it.

Unless he finds someone who specifically wants that domain name then he could probably just auction it or something to a domain squatter and get a few hundred dollars.

So no, its not worth shit.
