The results are predictable.

Really upset about this, tbh. Those are some pretty great name suggestions. And it's not too late at all to give the rivals new names, the game isn't even a fucking demo yet! I would MAYBE understand if a lot of dialogue and voice acting work had been done, but there is barely work on Osana, let alone the other 9 rivals.

Someone should make a version of YanSim set in the US, where the high school setting is a town in California, all the characters follow American stereotypes (weebs, rednecks, all the weapons are replaced with guns, etc.) and have names like Hill Billy, Weeb Aboo, and Slutty Pedoteacher.

I liked it too and I also thought it was intentional because it actually fit her description, her official description says she is known to be vulgar. Alex missed an opportunity to pass it off as completely intentional.

Unrelated but i don't like his logic here. "She is an idol so she's supposed to be innocent and pure but if she did porn i guess she is not a good example to use". What does that has to do with anything? She just did a pose for a picture, it has nothing to do with what she is or represents. Literally no one saw this reference so nobody cares about the implications.

It's like Alex is arguing "I based them on these PURE and INNOCENT idol waifus but one of them did porn so she is a SLUT now. I should change the pose so people don't think my waifu is impure too."

Most people on the Discord, including myself, are disgruntled towards how the development is going. There are a few people on there who were just being jerks to him, but they have since been banned. Mostly we have been debating/discussing how to improve the game. Some people have actually been in contact with Alex directly trying to help him fix his code.

The mods have been very good, and have defended the Kiwis on there who are trying to find out why the game is so far behind schedule. They have banned the morons, but Alex still refuses to speak in the normal chat. The last time he spoke in there, myself, another Farms users and a discord member got into an argument with him. The discord user was banned for basically being an ass, while us Farm users are allowed to stay, and I think he is a bit upset over that.

hey, I've been lurking this thread for a long time and finally made an account. I remember when I discovered this game through let's play videos and seemed like an interesting concept but not my kind of cup of tea.

This game was kinda popular for middle school girls, my sis used to talk nonstop about how cool is it and how much her friends loves that game but now they have stopped playing due to the lack of updates and how buggy it is. This led me to discover this thread and wow, I've been smh about how incompetent Alex is with the progress of that game.

I don't have a lot of expectation how this game will be like in a long future, maybe it's never going to be finished or will be a messy disaster ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
