What Are The Worst Character Designs You Have Ever Seen?

The spikes collar and huge nerd glasses contrast I never understood
If I remember correctly (and I could be wrong because I haven't seen this movie in more than 20 years) his name also happens to be Killer. I think they wanted to emphasize his name doesn't match his personality (I think he was against murdering Charlie in the first place) but his whole design just falls flat.

That’s not even the most ridiculous design in that OVA.

On the other hand, I’m pretty sure the entire thing was just a 20 minute sexual innuendo joke.

This movie's nearly 30 years old and for the life of me I still can't figure out what kind of dog this is supposed to be.
Wikipedia says he’s a schnoodle.

EDIT:
And now I just remembered the whole thing with the girl in the movie’s voice actress. Depressing shit

Whatever shapes Bluth felt like sticking together and calling a "dog"! He already used up his best stuff on the others!

Not to mention casting Charles Nelson Reilly, but someone loved nerds I guess.

We never forget Judith.

Maybe they wanted to recreate what they did with Tiger in An American Tail, who was also misnamed and didn't especially resemble a real cat compared to every other cat in that movie. Maybe it would've helped if Killer was fluffier?

Yoshimoto Imagawa was historically the most famous and considered the greatest of the Imagawa clan Diamyo of the Sengoku Era of Japan. Jargon aside, he was a big deal with a huge army (50,000 strong), a great alliance with other strong clans and a well established legacy in place should he fail to become shogun. This is how he is portrayed in Samurai Warriors:
Odd thing is that rival series Sengoku Basara made their version even more flamboyant. I wonder if this is something that makes more sense to Japanese players.

I'm not sure whether I'm supposed to be taking this show (King Star King) seriously, but it's on Adult Swim, and the only "serious" show they still air is Rick & Morty.

I really can't stand this art style. I know it's ugly on purpose, but it's so often used as an excuse for artistic laziness and that attitude tends to extend to other aspects of the show as well. The only series I've ever seen pull of a style like this is Superjail, which is animated by very talented people and has clear effort put into it.
