Fine I'll expand a bit more since its a reasonable question

Chaosrealm01 > follows a person named "Exhibit A"
"Exhibit A" records indicate they lived at the same address as "Kat St Jean" (or a variation of that name) as well as a relative named ("Exhibit B") in the legal documents posted earlier.
Now we know that Kat is likely shortform for another name, so when researching you have to consider stuff like:
- Katherine
- Kathleen
- Catherine
- Katelyn
- etc
A lot of people also use alternate spellings of their legal name, as well as fuck around with other parts because that's what humans do.
Now because of real estate photos being the way they are, I can't get access to the "exact angle" which is shown on webcam, however
I can use the available photographs and floorplans to imagine what it would look like.
Minor details don't match up perfectly (such as paint jobs) however its a series of apartments, so there are more than one and each has its own variations when it comes to paint/small details. Also landlords don't typically go and take fresh pictures of an empty apartment every time they want to rent it, especially when its in an in-demand area (which it looks like it is).

Then we research the name a bit, how common is it? "St Jean" is some french shit so there are like a billion people with the name in Canada but not many in Michigan. There are also people from places like Haiti with the same name.
The mother indicated in the legal documents seems to still be alive or has no published obituary I've been able to locate so far. A woman with the same name, but a different age died in Texas however.
The father is unknown. The other father (with a different surname) seems to have passed away about a year ago.
Based upon the age indicated on Twitter, we can fairly assume that "Kat" is likely the same person related to the exhibits already mentioned.
Plus there was also some old woman that happened to turn up in 2 results but I can't be bothered to look into that further.
Using some other listings we can see that "Kat" registered to vote using a certain address which is connected to the carbon monoxide incident.
