Movie Triggers

What the fuck does "cissexist" and "ableism" mean?! I'm actually serious, I don't speak Little Girl Made-Up-Psychosis.
Cissexist is transphobia (fear of transgendered people) while ableism is discrimination against disabled people. These definitions are useless because these are used often on Tumblr just to shut down arguments because THEY'RE TRIGGERED AND OPPRESSED WAAAH

Contexts that I've usually seen "cissexist" used go a little bit deeper than basic transphobia (which can be an actual problem). "Cissexism" basically seems to mean not having considered the existence of tran$*** people. ie "Did you just say 'women have periods????' that is so cissexist of you, oppressor!"

People can be triggered by Historical Inaccuracy?
I've witnessed it. Some years ago I was at a historical miniature war gaming convention. I was playing some french Indian war game and I had a unit of minute men that were working with some Indian bros to fight some french dudes. Long story short one of the guys on the other team had some troops in this villiage they had to protect from the Indians on the other side of the board, by the time I got my unit there he had gotten wiped out by another player and the rest of the action was on the other side of the board. Now in the village there was a bunch of models representing women and children the players on the french team had to keep alive each one was worth one point. I had to have been about 14 or 15 years old. I figured well I should just wipe out the women and children so the other team doesn't get those points. Some dude on the other team sperged really hard that the American troops are the good guys and would never slaughter women and children. Dude was chimping out and yelling at me, unfortunately for him it was a game with points and shit, so I slaughtered the women and children models and his team lost a ton of points. The rest of the convention I got dirty looks from this history sperg.

I would suggest that he read Nathaniel Philbrick's book on the Mayflower and King Philip's War or brush up on the Cherokee Removal and the Trail of Tears. (neither of these took place during the French/Indian War, but yeah, I assure you, YOU were highly accurate...)

http://www.movietriggers.com/movies/345 (damn it, link doesn't work, it just goes to Fight Club. Apparently Transgender Androfem Genderqueer Womyn can't design a website.)
Caligula. Just, kind of underwhelming.
Oh, and apparently nobody's found anything triggering in Plan 9 From Outer Space.

Psycho and Pulp Fiction have pretty hilarious pages. You have things like "Rape" and "Depiction of Murder" next to things like "Interracial Relationships", "Taxidermy", "Screaming", "Transmisogony", and "Funerals".

Can someone find me a gif of someone pounding their head into a wall and teach me how to post it? Because THESE are the people who are going to be feeding me applesauce in the convalescent home when I lose my mind and I'm pretty sure I'll be glad it's gone by then...

This site would actually make sense if it listed triggers like "rape, sexual abuse, murder, *arachnids etc." Because those are things that could legitimately cause a person to break down crying and not just "trigger them"
*I have seen someone that had to run out of the room crying when a tiny spider walked on the table in front of them
