I have said this before, and I will tell you again. I have never used or bought any view bots. What I got told about it was that it was a guy that admitted to doing it. And his reasoning was that he wanted to boost DSP's lolcow status. I will admit it is just hearsay, but given the generous amount of bots used I did find that story credible. I think it's psychotic to even suggest I would use resources on make 2/3 to 3/4 of viewers of DSP bots. I honestly tried to support the guy. Even to the point where it turned out to be a great self sacrifice to do so.
The cost was great and had no reward. It's self evident that some people take it like a personal insult if you support phil. Like it was a crime or something. And that is what I found to be the entertainment I could get out of it. I think phils content is mediocre at best. And that is mainly because he pumps out 6 hours of content EVERY DAY. No one except maybe Drgnkiller and people on welfare even have the time to consume that amount of mediocre at best content.
Here is something I want you to consider though. There is a community around phil that is very friendly and supportive. And to them phil is more white noise It's not something they take super serious, being part of that community is what even made me follow phil as long as I did. The social aspect of hanging out with people is way more important to people then what DSP does. He is just the guy being a clown with his occasional funny comment playing a new game.
When all this a-loggy detractor types not only insults phil, but calls his viewers and supporters, stupid, pay pigs, nigger cattle, mindless drones, or you name it. They just look fucking insane. Because on one side you have the supporters that is close to indifferent to phil. And on the other, people that hate phil and take him way to serious. When those same people also go around rollplaying phil. "ack ack ack I will masturbate and steal the money of kids, kat make me a sandwich ack ack ack" -Not actually phil 2018. I mean that does sort of seem reminiscent of phil, but not in something he would do, but his behavior of making a funny voice and saying something hyperbolic in the voice of a critic.
I am sure most people see the irony in this. But you sort of judge the whole community on their fringe elements. I will gladly admit I find the DSP rollplaying totally ridiculous and entertaining. But it's because it is so fucking retarded. That may be the whole point, but it doesn't make you look like the mature adults. If i could give you an advice it would be laugh of phil, don't be an exaggerated edition of him.
Sorry for this long rant but when I still get brought up like some person that would be some insane guy that did autism op's to fight for phil, you are wrong. I only gave him money and took his side
