I never really followed the DSP space until I started posting here, but it increasingly looks like what we're seeing are death throes. I expect increased levels of unexpected to come from Phil as it becomes clearer that he's not making enough money to keep doing this shit much longer.

The thing about those DMs are that we already have solid proof that Phil will lie through his teeth and even when the truth is revealed he plays dumb as seen with the "Mystery" financial situation where taxes were speculated to be what it was, he said all the speculation was wrong, and it turned out to be exactly what it was.

The only other things that the DMs show is that he was actively trying to get people to do the dirty work for him, which is something that has been a fact with every other aspect of his career/life (getting people to make his thumbnails, intros, etc) .

really there isn't any wow factor in this at all. That is why i could belive that it is legit. Phil reporting detractor videos and say he didn't. That doesn't even register as news for most people I hope. It's just something that is a semi interesting talking point. I hope no one is exceptional enough to fabricate this.

I thought that, too, when I discovered DSP last year. Now, I think he'll limp along until the very end. Even if he's evicted from his real adult house, he'll try and stream from a homeless shelter to beg for some pitybux. Unless he's banned from Twitch. If that happens, the end will slam into him like a brick wall since he doesn't make enough off of YT alone to keep his head above water. The weight of his debt will crush him.

Which begs the question, has he tried credit counseling? Loan consolidation and a reasonable repayment plan?

I disagree. Phil has proven time and time and time and time again that you can´t get rid of him. He´ll continue to find the way to keep on sitting on his fat ass, playing ass and whining like an idiot.

If he would have to leave the house or take time out of his hectic schedule to make a phone call more than 5 minutes the answer is no.

Shows also that his ego is so fragile that he can't handle watching the videos that point out how he's fucking up. "Don't have the time to watch videos" my ass. Granted, we already knew that.

I especially like how whoever was DMing him pointed out that most of the videos were just being critical of Phil, not fabricating stuff.

If it stayed like this for the next 6 months then I'd agree. He took some bigger fans for granted, they bailed and right now there isn't any drama juicy enough to make his fans donate as a show of support. This is a brief window where Phil is reliant on his skills as a streamer and from the looks of it.. yeah, he doesn't know the first thing about it. No engagement at all and his commentary sounds like someone playing a video game for a blind person "I'm going to pick up this rock. Hmm. It says I picked up the rock. Okay, the description says "This is a rock"... mkay" It's abysmal.

An interesting note is that some of his mods and fans also stream on Twitch and they're genuinely much better than Phil based on the fact they commonly read and respond to chat. A few of them honestly have a passion for the games they're playing and can tell you interesting opinions and information about the series. It feels like Bizarro World.

I guess for the sake of this being the subforum where Kimberlie Brink happened, I'll just go ahead and say that while the messages themselves are 100% not fabricated based on access to the Twitter account that there may be other things at play.

Short of someone having hacked DSP's verified Twitter account, someone infiltrating his house or Kat shitposting when he's not looking, or a CIA level operative having infiltrated Twitter HQ and hacked into his account then the messages shown are 100% true and authentic.

If we wanna get super exceptional, then the other possibility is that someone infiltrated the server I used for accessing the Twitter account just so that they could ignore all the other servers nearby that might actually contain worthwhile information just so that they could falsify the contents of a Twitter account.

Even if they are real, and given the Kimberlie Brink factor, it still doesn't leave out the remote possibility that there other more human motives at play.

But that raises the question of how exactly this would even be used as some sort of positive propaganda for Phil. I guess since its DSP we have to think of the most autistic possibility and work backwards from there.

My autistic supertheory is this:
The source somehow worked with DSP to get him to send a bunch of DMs over a period of time showing that he was not telling the truth about being involved in flagging videos. Then they messaged me to provide these screenshots, and also once asked provided access to the account in question which proves they exist 100%... so they could turn around at a later date and...

That's where I got up to. There is really nothing to be gained from this that I can identify. I mean it could be a deliberate action in order to try and gain trust which wouldn't make sense because they specifically asked to remain anonymous.

In terms of what has happened in recent history that may have turned someone against DSP:

• dox saga
• tax saga
• 2nd/3rd/4th/5th tax saga

So I'm not so sure DSP is in the good books with his fanbase right now.

As you said, its not a super amazing revelation, its just an interesting talking point. The only reason its actually interesting is because of how much time and effort DSP puts into insinuating that he doesn't care when he obviously does. I'm not so sure why caring about stuff is such a big deal to him, but here we are, on page 2640 of the Kiwifarms most surely autistic subforum.

So yeah, if it turns out that Kimberlie Brink's distant relative went to work at Twitter for the past decade so they could ignore all the politicians Twitter accounts and instead focused on manipulating DSP's twitter account just so they could falsely show DSP watched detractor videos, I guess I'll throw that out there just in case some super 10 dimensional autism reveals itself.

idk they said they wanted to be anonymous for the purposes of it being posted here but Phil would know who they are and if he decided to out them "then so be it"

Besides things are fairly mundane in DSP land right now, so it gets people's autism in overdrive when you tell them its someone who wants to be anonymous.

neger showed me the full screencaps and they seem extremely legit. the only alternative explanation is that neger went to extreme lengths to forge year old conversations for the sake of starting drama, which is pointless and counter-productive as neger is firmly in the "drama drives phil's business" camp.

I get that people get excited by things which are kept private but its really not that exciting or groundbreaking. That side of things is really not breaking news so as much as I'd like to just tell you everything it wouldn't actually add much to the story. All it'd do is prove the credibility of the information posted and nothing else.

There's some dumb ancient chinese proverb about looking at the hand that points to the moon. That's basically what people are doing. You're focusing on the finger and not the moon:

I don't know how to say this without sounding sarcastic as fuck. But if @Null and @neger psykolog verified it. It's probably true. This time is different because they actually know the person who did this. Not that privacy is the strongest most important thing around here. Which I am sure Mr. Metokur JR can attest to. But honestly I think this is a step in the right direction.
