That would be the logical option.

...but remember, this is DSP.

Also just keep in mind that when the price of a house goes from $150k to $350k in 7 years its not guaranteed to keep going up. More than possible is that the Seattle real estate market either plateaus or crashes.

"it'll never happen" is what makes it happen. People who have been living/working for 2-3 decades and own their houses fully or have minimal debt. When they see that extra half a million dollars that lets them sell and move somewhere more affordable they do it.

Seattle has similarities to places like San Francisco where a lot of the software people are ditching at the moment:

There's a full website dedicated to just talking about the Seattle real-estate bubble:

It's very easy to pick and choose evidence and its impossible to say if it'll change quickly, but we all know that one of Phil's weakest points is his resistance to change, so by the time he knows about it it would've already happened.

He's made a nice profit on the house and should sell it, cover as much of his debts as possible, get rid of that stupid fucking CT condo and move somewhere cheaper and be happy leading a simpler life and being able to pay off his debts in 5-10 years instead of 100 years.

But he won't. It's the true & authentic way of Philipo Burnelli, passed down through generations, the secrets of which will never be understood by the common man. When his PS4 stops working and he finally takes time out of his pasta-making schedule and stretches his bad back that little bit extra to dust off his videogiochi collection will be when the dust, compounded by years of neglect, has formed on the internal circuits of the console to cause a short leading to a surge of current jolting through his body. The sustained electrocution will intensely vibrate his mammary glands and various folds of excess causing a historic calorific burn off and forming Philipo into the peak physical specimen. The crusted juices of the numerous ladies that have had the pleasure of experiencing the Burnelli love machine combine under the pressure of the electrical forces granting him immortality.

After this event he continues his kind and selfless acts of playing day 1 videogiochi releases and making batches of authentic pasta sauce from the blood of his detrattori who he tracks during the night and hunts during the day. For eternity.

He needs to be REALLY careful with his comments regarding his"tax attorney" (let's just ignore for a moment that most tax attorneys don't actually prepare returns). He is basically accusing his attorney of malpractice at best, fraud at worst. IF this tax attorney actually exists Phil is making accusations that could/should result in disciplinary actions.

. . . however this is why I think the whole story is fake. First the story had morphed from "he told me there was no income tax in Washington" to "he didn't tell me I would need to pay business taxes" to "he's been pocketing my money for years and not doing his job." Second, as idiotic as Phil is, even I don't think he's that dumb to accuse a real entity of negligence on this scale. This could all be chalked up to Phil's penchant for exaggeration, however even so IF the attorney is real he's still making damaging accusations that a real firm would push back on.

Interesting. I thought that his prestreams were always so long, but it seems that post-Christmas the lengths started to really get erratic and jumped up too.

Does anyone know of a reason behind that?
The reasons are many.

1) Pre-streams are more "interactive" meaning people pay to ask dumbshit questions. Phil sees the pennies coming in while ignoring the dollars he's chasing away with his abusively long prestreams, and just assumes people love hearing him beg. He's incapable of seeing a bigger picture.

2) His habit of using 3 words when 1 will do, and repeating himself countless times.

3) He hates video games. He is essentially a full-time beggar and drama streamer at this point, who sometimes plays vidya. Phil much prefers talking about himself, so he drags that segment out as long as possible.

4) Phil is a cowardly beta who gets off on picking out and abusing individuals or conversations in his chat. He doesn't get much chance to do this when focusing on games. He enjoys feeding his power fantasy in which he gets to cuck his mods, pick on individuals in his chat and generally act like he has a big swinging dick to people who can't say or do anything in return. In games, he doesn't get the chance to do this as much, so again, he drags it out as much as possible.

5) Phil just generally uses the audience as his social interaction surrogate, so he has a tendency to go off on tangents.

6) He knows his gameplay isn't appealing to people. Whether he's self-aware enough to know it's because he has no charisma and isn't entertaining at all, I don't think so, but he knows people don't tip for his gameplay most of the time. So he goes the direct route and begs, begs, begs. It's easier to guilt people into giving you money than actually earning it.

can only imagine someone going into the ship and blowing a hole out of the side to sink it.
From what I've seen it seems more effective to steal the ship when Phil+fans are on an island and sale it quite a bit out. IIRC the guy that brings you onto your ship only does it if the ship leaves the map you're at.

At 14:00 he says editing videos for Youtube is very easy but live-streaming? That's a tough job. Can you believe this cunt?
"Streaming is waaay harded than just editing videos for youtube. Real talk."
Can you just rage quit life, please?

Don't say that. Phil offing himself would be a tragedy to people like us on this forum everywhere

If a housing correction were to occur sometime in next 3 years DSP would be in big trouble. He is hanging on to the equity he has in his house. If the value tanked he would be in serious trouble.
