We dont know yet but im sure it'll be answered soon enough, im interested myself, another side note is that he's tweaking his delayed chat so no deleted messages can be capped, most likely because of the past posts i made, since its only just recently changed after i posted.

Yep, Twitch TOS has something about only being able to stream stuff you have the rights too or something, but narcissa streams whatever, i know 100% if i had a netflix show on while playing games i would be gone, maybe IRL section means you get different rights, or maybe just being trans, maybe someone can refresh us on how that works with streaming other peoples content.

yeah that's true, but in the case of narcissa he had the attention of twitch staff, they are very aware of his actions, when they contacted him, they clearly ignored the copyright material, just told him about nudity, i think they prefer to leave him do what he wants as they know of his mental problems and dont want any negative attention, twitch is known for his double standards , thats why hes streaming right now anime, it seems that you can stream anime on twitch for some reason and its confirmed by the staff, even if the rules says "showing third-party movies and television shows"
