When I'm in more of a pensive mood, part of me feels angry that Chris was born into the world condemned to be like this, he didn't choose much of who he became. It just kind of leaves a sour taste in my mouth in regards to how cruel the universe can be sometimes.

Cutting off ones penis is mutilation. Chris knows that.
But beyond that, ignorance of the risk doesn't mean Chris' feelings of discomfort with his own body aren't real. Chris has a passionate hate for his own sex organ. That is not normal. It's deep running and it's visceral.
Chris' penis grosses him out. He's bothered by its mere existence. He wears an uncomfortable device (the reverse strap-on thing) to hide it, so he doesn't have to see it.
Heh, he's actively taking measures to change his body. It reminds me of teenaged girls with gender issues trying to hide their boobs.
The fact that Chris is weird and bad at passing (and can't seem to notice that) only means that he's funny to laugh at. Not insincere.

I don't think he notices the bend. I don't think most of our insults really land with Chris because he doesn't see things that way.
When you insult Chris for something he doesn't himself perceive, I think it confuses him more than anything.
Like, I've only once heard Chris question his attractiveness, and he was like "... am I ugly?" He is like a blind man who's genuinely skeptical that a visual world even exists.

Growing out his hair.........Whitesnake did that
Fem tranny voice.........He did that for a while (30 sec a video), now he just screeches like a howler monkey.
Clothing..........Dresses like a 12-year-old exposed to high amounts of gamma radiation.
Even Marvin said it, he does not describe Chris as being feminine, so there's nothing to improve.
There's a big distinction between feminine traits being natural or essential to Chris' personality and Chris outwardly fetishizing his warped view of femininity.
It's like the difference between a verb and a noun
Either you are a feminine woman
Or you're fetishizing a feminine woman.
He also does a bad job as passing as a legitimate gender dysphoric.

This is my theory, and has been for a while:
First remember that Chris' idea of gender roles seems permanently rooted in the 1950s. Men are strong, Men go to work and make money and have girlfriends and eventually wives. Women, on the other hand, stay at home and watch the children and go shopping. (This mentality is on full display in Sonichu.)
Chris is, by his own definition, an absolute failure as a man. He's not strong, he's not employed, (and probably never will be,) and every attempt he's made at having a girlfriend has ended in ridiculous failure.
So why not be a woman?
Woman, in his worldview, have way easier lives than men. Women get to stay home and enjoy cute things and take care of the children. And since Chris thankfully has no children, it means he gets to baby himself.
The only problem is that he's biologically male. If he could just get rid of the "ugly growth," he'd be a real woman and free from all real responsibilities!
Obviously the world doesn't work that way, but hey, autism.

In my autistic consumption of the CWCki, I came across different fragments of information that led me to my own theory.
1. Chris has always probably been a transvestite. Not transgender, transvestites have a fetish whereas trannnies are mentally ill.
2. The Tomgirl saga seemed to accelerate after Bob's death, it's likely in his last years he wasn't as firmly conservative, Chris is highly impressionable.
3. There's a strong correlation between gender identity issues and autism. (Trannies have a 7.8% rate of autism, higher than the normal population of 1.47%)
All of this mixed together, with a little sprinkling of depression, isolation, and internet ass-raping created a perfect storm of fuckery. Leading to the Tomgirl saga.

You make great points. One thing I would like to point out is that before 2008 and before the Internet became so ubiquitous, autismos really didn't make up that much of the trans community, which jives with the impressionability thing. I'm sorry, but the Internet is just not good for people who are deeply on the spectrum.

Chris doesn't pass, but to be fair, most trannies don't. I saw an obese MTF trans individual on the train a couple days ago whose idea of transitioning is putting on some blush and eyeshadow.
Men and women have different, distinct bone structure which are noticable even under layers of makeup.
Add that to the fact Chris has face blindness and has always had an inflated view of his own attractiveness and it's a recipe for disaster. Not only is he fighting an uphill battle against his own inherent masculine features, he lacks the self-awareness to know if he passes, meaning he assumes he does and isn't going to try hard enough to make himself feminine. Judging by how he acts in real life and draws himself in his comics, he believes he not only passes, but is an exceedingly attractive woman. To Chris, he nails looking like a woman, so why put in any more effort?

Yes, it seems we agree on that point. Chris's attempts are awful.
The question was whether he has gender dysphoria. According to this artucle, one example of gender dysphoria is a man having an intense desire to be a woman, and that people with the condition "might dress and otherwise present themselves like the gender they believe they are."
So Chris "outwardly fetishizing his warped view of femininity" seems to be in line with gender dysphoria.
Also, the symptoms listed match what's known about Chris.
Transvestism can only explain part of it. It doesn't account for his hatred of his penis, for instance. And according to this, transvestites do not seek to change their sex nor feel a sense of belonging to the other gender, so that rules it out in Chris's case.

To me Chris is almost a role model of how not to be, he has helped me recognize my own autistic traits and how to improve on them.

Chris was perfectly fine with his duck prior to '14 or so. He's simply parroting stuff he's heard transpeople say for pitty points.
