If you take into account Patreon December was ballpark $13,687 and January was ballpark $10,642. January was still very good. I did not include them in the $7,750 average I made because they were such outliers.

Which reminds me, since his average is $7,750 and he made essentially twice that in December, it makes sense that he'd have thousands more in taxes due for 2017.

Twitch is screwing him just like YT, (justifiably in some/all ways) but he has to keep kissing their ass.

By creating this sub "promo" Phil is hoping that his Patreon numbers - and thus $ - will increase. The deal is that if he reaches a certain number of subs ( give or take 2.50 each), people would then become Patreon members (5.00?) too, so they can vote for patrons' choice.

Then all those people who have already given him 7.50, plus the detractors and spectators would watch him, which leads to an increase in views, and (Phil hopes) the increased numbers would generate tips, bits, more subs and more patrons.

If Phil can't make himself stand from the other people that is playing that same game, that's the problem. No one wants to see a Phil run his fingers through his hair and then smell them, butting his nails or sitting there playing on his phone.

Except he hasn't updated it since January, so even the Patreon page doesn't show what the current month's goal(s) might be.

It's nice, I guess, for Nich to get away from the niche-less 'rebel' hair and try for a more 'sleek', 'young man about the the city' kind of look. A tad more mature.

But it looks like his head was photoshopped onto a 12 yead old's body. He has narrow, boyish shoulders and arms, highlighted by the Gap Kids short sleeve button down over the cool-for-the-10th-grade print T-shirt. The shirts look right off the rack, too, adding to this image of a prebubescent boy showing off his back-to-school outfit.

I hate sounding bitchy about another guy's fashion choices. I just think this is a really obvious and easy fix :/

I'm starting to think he cuts his own hair, which would explain why he got so butthurt over the pineapple head jokes and this current disaster.
