Possibly? However that's not how it reads I suppose so I understand the confusion.

Reports violence --meaning Kokona would report violence while the delinquent wouldn't (which makes sense I guess)

So it reads as "Does" and "Doesn't" where a check is does and an 'X' is doesn't. It could be what you said and it would make sense but the way Alex worded the columns makes it very confusing to understand. It might have been better if it was:
1) Reports violence
2) Reports carried weapons
3) Cares about spreading gossip or...reports the lies or...??? This one is confusing because it's another does and doesn't thing
4) Holds grudges is another does or doesn't thing, you can't report someone holding a grudge

All in all this chart is highly confusing and he doesn't mention the point to all of this.

I agree i also do that, but i think your interpretation was too off, but im not gonna keep draging it, let's just agree to disagree what alex meant, but at the end it's just funny that Alex did that mistake because he said that he takes a lot of time to write a script and takes care a lot on the production of the video, he did take 4 days to make it

Edit : i also would add that uploading a 10 min video takes about like 1 min max, you can add 10 min with a slow internet which he doesn't have as he streams at full quality on twitch, and the build you can upload when making the video, so yeah, i can 100% say that hes video did take about 3 to 4 days, which is a lot watching at his quality of the video and the large experience he has making videos also

At this point, I'm not surprised that YandereDev gets extremely hyperfocused on certain aspects of the game that shouldn't be as important. He's probably more invested on the fun and cool parts of the game to the point where he forgets that the basics haven't even been sorted out yet.
