Amberlynn Reid - 600 pound pathological liar and U-Haul lesbian moving in with her next live-in maid/nurse/girlfriend.

does anyone else think we need a FAQ post about using this forum? New users just sorta go for it and end up fucking up a lot. Opinions?
Honestly, what makes you think they'll read it anyway? I mean, I'm not against the idea, but I doubt it would make much of a difference.

So I guess newbies need to know what powerleveling and a-logging are, what to post where, when to make a new thread...am I forgetting anything? I'm pretty good at writing concise posts, I can take a whack at it later if no one else does.
I would appreciate that since I dont really know what the fuck I am doing and I want to avoid ruffling any feathers. Unless there is a big book of Da Rules I can look at.

Wild theory:
You guys think she actually saw a therapist who suggested that she stay away from Youtube? If so, how long do you think she could actually stay away for?

I'm relatively new to Kiwi Farms in general and following/laughing at AL specifically.

Has she done this before? If so, for how long?
She's probably just binging because she has no mother for this Mother's Day week. And she's coming back tomorrow since she didn't today.

An FAQ may help as long as it's pinned perhaps even above the General Discussion - I didn't read through shit before joining, and made a cod damn fool of myself.
It's effective so long as newbies even bother looking for posting guidelines, most (like myself) treated it like YouTube and sperged hard before realising it's not The Way of the Board.
There's rules on this subform and even a subthread to break down how not to powerlevel/a-log. They're at the top. If y'all aren't reading those rules, then what good will a FAQ do for y'all?

It really is a lurk before you post type of deal. I imagine most of the farmers here had to read through a majority of the posts just to get to this point. I will assume in the time you had taken to read those posts, you both got the in-general idea of how we go about things here and how we treat others who don't follow those rules.

I'm not trying to attack anyone but just trying to say that it'd a bit pointless to people not already paying attention.

I wouldn't give that pig any ideas, she needs to get them done by a vet. If she wants to do it in ONE visit, she'd most likely have to put the poor animal under anesthesia or be heavily sedated because it would be so painful and stressful due to the quick being so long. They'd have to cauterize them. So the best option would be multiple visits to take a little off at a time so the quick can recede back to a normal length.

If Amber attempted it by herself, the poor thing will probably freak out and bleed out through her tiny toes.

Oh please, you know she'd never go for multiple trips to the vet. I think Twinkie has been to the vet once or twice in his whole life, right? If that? Like she could literally use a $4 human nail file and take care of them a little bit at a time at home. But it doesn't involve eating so it's off the table.

The only rules at the top of this forum are "archive, make new threads, and don't get doxed". Amber's section is different compared to other forums (most mods won't touch it) - it's a "lawless hell". Most of the newbies here rarely branch out because they only came to sperg on Amber.

The best fix to this is to add some rules back to the top, and pin the Snap/IG thread, the Supporting Cast thread, and the Amber Fan-Made videos thread to avoid confusion of where to post what, and how to act.

That's a bit difficult with the Amber sub because a lot of the people who post here don't understand the overall kiwifarms culture (such as it is), because they only ever post here.

Edit: it's sort of like the DSP sub forum, even though they are two different flavours of horrifying.

There are very lax but obviously signposted rules for this forum. Standard practice is to report rogue threads via the 'report' function, it'll stay or get moved depending on whether it's a valid standalone thread. I think most people here have come to a consensus; don't be scared of making a new thread but try to keep topics in already existing threads if it doesn't deserve its' own designation and there already exists a thread where your post might belong - (Think 'Snapchat'/'General'/'User-generated'/'Artberlynn', etc...) Individual vlog updates obviously deserve their own thread. I think it's in the best interests of the board to keep it neat and to at least try to adhere to the rules without having to ask mods to wade in and clean up. It's been ok on and off, I'd just like to see those of us who participate in ALs shenanigans to keep a certain standard.

Don't be afraid to report (and don't get offended if your thread is reported). Follow board Rules. Lurk. Maybe branch out into other parts of the farms, this board is far more lax in terms of rules than others...

I love all you catty bitches, and this board- it has a bad reputation that the participants could help to fix a little though.

Slightly off topic but I'm just wondering.

Have you guys watched Zach's video about Amberlynn and Chantal? In it he says that Amberlynn apologized to him about the past. He also said that he would really like to see both Chantal and Amber go through with what they say. In particular with Chantal taking time off YouTube. I wonder if Amber took that same advice because Chantal did right after that vid.

I don't think this is good for the fan made videos section only because it pertains to her current disappearance and it's not a trolling video per say. But I'll move it over if it seems better there.

....I've hated every post you've made on here so far.

Chantal didn't actually take a break. She said she was going to but then she came back the next day. She hasn't posted in the last couple of days because she's been binging and not doing what she said she would and doesn't want to admit it or be held accountable.

I don't know why people are up in arms about Amber's "disappearance". She went to be with Becky's family, like she said she was going to do. So there's a couple of days while away where her "wifi don't work". Then give her a bonus binge day for mother's day emotions she's got to eat away. Then give her her normal day delay in posting videos and we are due for a new one tomorrow - just like she said we'd get on Twitter.

It's been a few days and the udders have been dry, so let me show you guys to one of my favorite old Amberlynn videos for a lol or two.

It's a poopbun 'GORLE' classique, set in Destiny's mom's barn or whatever, where she taste tests chips with flavors she describes as "strange" and "out of this world," despite being flavors that are very much things in this world, that people eat daily. Also a chocolate thing that she swallows like a boa constrictor.

Don't bother clicking through for comments, they're disabled.

What a great throwback video.

Amber calls the tzatziki chips "refreshing". Never have I heard a chip described as refreshing.

Amber also informs us that she is not going to finish the 4 bags of chips she just half ate because, if she was going to finish them, she would not have eaten the chocolate bar. She can eat sweet after salty but not salty, sweet, salty, guise! Because that would be just gluttonous and insane.

I wonder what she would do with chocolate covered potato chips. Is that a salty or a sweet for Amber? Fuck, I really need to know. Hey, AL, answer that question in your new q&a video, thanks. <3

Yeah, I was never saying she would... that's just the obvious, unspoken depressingly unrealistic part. Also I don't know how many vet visits Twinkie had BEFORE she was under AL's care... because afterwards we know it's possibly fucking (and most likely) zero. And I would never trust AL to do any sort of nail maintenance on her dog with a human nail file on her own... she'd probably shave them down to the bone and be all "SEE GUISE, I GOT HER NAILS DONE LIKE GOORRLL WHAAAAT *shave shave shave*" then probably try to paint Twinkie's bloody nail bed stumps and claim how CAH-YEEEWWWT they are.
