I appreciate Rocky's point of view, if it is as I think. I don't believe that she wasn't sympathetic to seeing people brought to justice for abusing a mentally deficient man. I feel like a priority for her is seeing Chris housed in a place that would prevent this from occurring again in the future.

I've power-levelled enough for people to know I'm a filthy foreigner, but I suspect there is either a long window to the statute of limitations for these kinds of crimes or none at all, and assuming that to be the case I can understand a prioritization of ensuring safety over seeking justice.

Rocky’s been tard-wrangling Chris and dealing with trolling antics for years, and it’s not like she’s obligated to be a full-time tard wrangler just because she’s some free church counselor. Like I said before, people like this are predators. This is the kind of person who operates scams and frauds targeted at senile elderly people. They know it's easy to exploit and manipulate vulnerable people so they single those people out and try to fleece them for all they're worth. @Jaimas gave an example of this earlier in the thread regarding an old neighbor of his.

I thought about LGBT places helping, and they would provide better publicity, but that's about it. They tend to chew people up and spit them out to fundraise for their own orgs, but that's pretty much it. They can only use a handful of cases for precedent setting or help with little things like name changes. Vultures exploiting mentally disabled people is a problem that a lot of charities must have encountered. I'm going to ask someone I know who works in an adjacent industry if they know who to call.

They were all active, even after Wise was doxed, until Chris surrendered control of all his accounts. We could all pick up the phone and demand justice and tard housing for Chris and REEEEEEEEE! at the state to do something all day, but as long as he is legally recognized as a person capable of making his own decisions, and those decisions are to play MLP in CWCville all day instead of work closely with others for many months towards those goals, there is very little anyone can do for him.
