I didn't know but I'm not sure it matters. This sort of behaviour is normal for a 16 year old probably, not a quasi adult.

The important part to me is his belief system doesn't seem to be mature. Unfortunately I don't think there is an age cap on that.

Certainly if Lily IS actually autistic, then certainly there's a reason to her lack of emotional maturity. However, that still doesn't excuse a much larger chunk of her behavior, which includes suicide baiting, slandering people to try and chase them off of the internet, encouraging her followers to chase a MINOR off the internet using pornography of their character and another's, giving advice that could get LGBT individuals KILLED, and generally having a toxic attitude that would better befit a horrorcow than your average teenager.
