probably because they can't understand original definitions of words

Thats usually it, they are the type of people who go 'well they said GAY so it must be GAY and didnt have a different meaning decades ago' donald still tries to get puss in the new series but its really just daisy's puss. But theres always obligatory gay shipping in every 'fandom', god I hate the word fandom now.

For once I can somewhat understand the brown skin since they’re Mexican or whatever, but even then it still reeks of the ambiguous pandering.
They’re still doing this?

Somehow these ‘progressives’ fail to understand that shading and coloring styles will not always be exact to the source material. Marina’s edit makes her stand out too much, so your eyes focus less on Pearl. The original’s lighter shade worked better with the overall tone of the image.

Hello, first time posting here, but I just had to share this astounding artwork that I came across.

Take note of the stars in his eyes, clearly drawing inspiration from Van Gogh's Starry Night.
And the bloated baby-face is absolutely referencing renaissance paintings of cherubs.

Guess who:

It's Charlie Day's character from Pacific Rim (heck if I remember his name)

It never matters to them. You could explain color theory and design 101 to them all in the most basic of terms and they still wouldn't get it. If you aren't dark 100% of the time, you can't win with these people. But also, they'll complain that you don't know how to color dark skin if you don't do it and call you racist, so just don't color black people I guess.
