Can anyone explain to me why Cosmo can't just consistently take his HRT? He has it, but he doesn't take it?

He seems to struggle with any type of schedule, responsibility or commitment. He seems to struggle to make any type of decision, and avoids making any of consequence.

HRT doesn’t make magic titties grow on men. Plenty of guys take it and don’t see much effect. Cosmo being so skinny certainly contributes to any lack of breast growth which requires body fat. Lots of transwomen opt for boob jobs because HRT isn’t that effective for breast growth on most men. (Fat troons usually have the easiest time but their moobs wouldn’t look that different if they never took hrt.)

I honestly think Narcissa is scared to physically commit to transitioning or doing anything that can’t be quickly undone. At this point he could just wash the make-up off his face and go back to being Cosmo. Not sure why he just doesn’t go with the whole non-binary thing, seems like a better fit for him.

Damn this is pretty depressing. It just proves my point that most of these tr00ns aren't "really trans". (Not that I really think it's a thing anyway, but whatevs)
Homie probably got his meds off some sketchy eBay Indian pharmacy or something.
I'm willing to bet that he's not even under the supervision of a pro-tranny doctor.

I mean, it's probably for the best that soiboi isn't going full HRT.
If/When he detransitions, it'll be a lot less damage he'll need to undo.
But still? Fucking around with your endocrine system isn't a joke.

Who pays for HRT in the US? Does it come with insurance policies or do you have to fund it yourself? (sorry for :offtopic:)

Narcissa is in California right? Their state insurance covers it but I don't know if she's actually paying for insurance. But she appears to be on graymarket horsepiss anyway so she's probably buying it from sketchy websites.

not certain- I think some providers cover it?

IMO none of them should because it's pretty much on-par with smoking or willingly making someone obese- shit is fucking not okay and not even studied enough to conclusively prove it's safe. Can't wait to see all the troon loons in 10-15 years with permanent health issues suing their doctors and driving health costs up even higher.

Low testosterone apparently causes men to become more moody and lazy. Cosmo is taking drugs that inhibit his body's natural testosterone production, subsists on soylent bottles and spends his days slouched on a computer chair in the dark, all of this is just making him transition into a Witch from Left 4 Dead.

My opinion is that trans is a choice. Whether you wish to respect that choice is up to you. But it's clear when someone is making—sometimes irreversible—changes to conform to a fetish they've taken too far, they hurt the image trans people are trying to paint. If only those trans people had the appropriate genitalia to call these cowtroons out on their facade so we can get a proper mental breakdown on video.

He literally says on stream "oh i need to take my meds" and its like almost midnight, im no expert but im pretty sure you should take them at roughly the same time every day, so he sure is forgetful on when he takes them.

I'v seen this twice now and its normally when theres a /v/ raid as if to stick it to them?

Estradiol has a half life of ~16 hours, so missing a day is a Very Bad Idea given that in HRT you're presumably (correct me if I'm wrong) trying to reach a steady state of 99%+ of the dose you're taking. Missing a day will set you back by several, as you need 7 properly timed, consecutive doses to reach 99%, and "every 24 hours" isn't even perfectly ideal for reaching that state ASAP.

For those unaware, 'steady state' is basically the condition where your intake of a drug is equivalent to its elimination from your system, which is what you'd need for any type of chemical replacement therapy like HRT. You can play with the formula here:

correct me if I'm wrong
A bit of variation isn't a horrible thing, some people actually try to mimic the hormone fluctuations of the female menstrual cycle in their HRT.

If you really want constant levels there are depot injections or patches. But they aren't used much (seems to me that pills are the preferred way of administering E in the US, whereas where I live it's gel).

As for her not being on full HRT - progesterone is optional, some endocrinologists believe that it does promote a more natural breast growth, others think it doesn't really do much.

Depression is more of an issue with cyproterone acetate, in the US trans women use spironolactone which is pretty safe as far as mental health is concerned (but annoyingly diuretic and can lead to potassium accumulation).

There's certainly still a lot to be discovered regarding the long-term risks of HRT but I know trans women who have been on hormones for 40+ years, it's not like this stuff was invented in 2005 (although HRT regimes have changed over time; sometimes because of medical insight, other times because relying entirely on off-label uses doesn't give you much clout when a pharma company wants to discontinue your medication).

Press F to put Fentanyl in his grey market HRT.

The absolute state of this shadow of a human being makes me so sad. Rambling like an absolute maniac about absolutely nothing to a crowd of 20 people on some no name site. Where in the name of fuck are his family, or IRL friends? Do they care? Do they even exist?
People were actively trying to get Cosmo to call his parents/mom when he was freaking out the other day. He clearly paused at the idea, even in his manic state, and seemed annoyed about it.

Cosmo has stated his parents spoiled him, but I question how much they really know about what's going on.
