Fortunately enough he isn't one of those lunatics who start rambling in public spaces or cafés, much to the dismay to the other people around, that's at least worth appreciating.

I'm not at all shocked that another tranny speedrunner that struggles to get 10 viewers per stream who also sets world records in games nobody plays to boost their ego is throwing money at someone like Narcissa.

Narcissa has pushed away a lot of other speedrunners away with his behavior, he doesn't even show up at GDQ events anymore. There was a pic of his Discord server posted here earlier, it was nothing but a bunch of trannies and enablers who were depressed and hated themselves.

A lot of troons will love to show off their pills and brag about taking them, Narcissa even likes to show off his pills in selfies. They're also Walgreens bottles and he did mention going to Walgreens for his HRT, so I doubt he's taking grey market estrogen.

As part of Cosmo's recent freakout he spent something like 15 minutes spamming "I NEED SECURITY IRL" over and over when asked if he was going to NASA 2019. Clarifying that he cannot be around random people, ever. Implying he'd require constant bodyguards to attend. He seems extremely paranoid, probably even about random people recognizing him on the street.

Maybe a little paranoia, but I noticed if you bring up donations or money now he'll say that he doesn't need money he needs security. Something to that effect. This might actually show a tiny bit of self awareness that demanding sheckles rubs people the wrong way. That or he really doesn't think he needs money and hopes to be plugged into the matrix before he overdrafts his account.

This makes everything so much worse. An actual Dr would have actually prescribed hormones to this walking hot mess express.
I weep for the state of our medical care in the US that this nigga can actually get legitimate HRT instead of medication that would help control his obvious mental health issues.
A pro-tr00nie dr would've signed off on his "transition". God DAMN. I guess it's all about that $$$.

That's because Narcissa went to an informed consent clinic, where the most they'll do is check your blood levels. Those clinics (of which Planned Parenthood is one) are focused on pushing people HRT if they ask for it as long as you sign a paper. He has confirmed he's gone to one of those clinics before and got most of his HRT through that, aside from one or two occasions. The whole grey market HRT ruined him theory is mostly a myth when there are doctors who'd give someone like him HRT.

I've wondered, why does he have some random anime girl on his screen at all times? I know he's a troon and he desperately wants to be a girl, but it just seems odd to have that girl on the screen for no reason...

Basically he ran a lot of one of the Castlevanias on N64, mostly cuz nobody runs that shit, and has a fixation on one of the playable characters from that game. Fuck if I know why but I fear she's connected to him trooning out. She might be his ideal self. Fucking imagines himself as her and that's one reason I feel so fucking sorry for the character.

I know feeling sorry for a fictional character is kinda fucked up, but how'd YOU like to have this troon obsess over you?

Earlier tonight Cosmo was fighting in circles with a mediocre troll on stream over voice chat for at least over an hour. Now he's in the discord and Cosmo is completely absorbed talking about how he is going to help heal the troll of his hate. The funny part is the orbiters in the stream are mad that Cosmo isn't giving them attention over a troll and the orbiters in the discord are mad that this hateful man can spam the discord and just want him banned. Cosmo just doesn't listen to either and making everyone irritated at his behavior.
