A lien can still be placed on a piece of property if its mortgaged. It would behoove them to get in line and be the 2nd or 3rd in line than not be in the line at all.
Chris will never move out of 14 Branchland Court unless forced to anyway. And I seem to recall Null saying in the past that he would help make sure Chris didn't lose the house upon Barb's death if at all possible. So this may not be as big a problem as it seems at first glance.
@Null Did you ever help him on that or did helping Chris start to wear thin?

Good luck Midland. Chris has been playing the long con. He doesn't have the money, but he also doesn't have anything of value to take.

  • House is already mortgaged. Not his anyway.
  • Car is a piece of shit
  • Only steady income is neetbux that are untouchable
  • Majority of income spent on worthless plastic trinkets with no resale value
  • The first edition of Sonichu is unironically the most valuable thing he has, but only because if it went on ebay multiple drooling autists would get into a bidding war. I like to think Hirtes would win.
Chris is quite literally insulated from any negative consequences here. Any legalfags wanna correct me on this? If I understand everything correctly Chris should absolutely just ignore this. Sure his credit will be fucked, but its already fucked anyway.

He may be able to request arbitration and try to work out a settlement or payment plan, but what he will likely do is show up, stress sigh, shit his pants, and get a judgment against him for the full amount. Which as you pointed out, really doesn't mean much, because they still have to get him to actually pay. And the whole process began from him not paying his bills so around and around it goes.

He shits his pants and wanders around mumlbing about pony shit and portals to anime land. He'll never have to apply for housing it will be given to him by the state just like everything else.
Agreed, but that requires Chris to do anything to get the ball rolling.

Best case scenario, Midlands scares Chris into settling and a payment plan so they get something for whatever they paid to buy the debt. Otherwise they can probably get an easy judgement but unless they are going to repossess lego I'm not sure how they're gonna recoup their expenses.

Oh, or CWCville currency. Not sure what the exchange rate is but I hear it's a buyer's market over there right now!

He’s also still focused on Megan a decade after the fact. They need to garnish his tugboat or something. Has Chris ever thought of donating plasma?

Would they even take his plasma? Half-sonichu blood could be harmful for humans. Jokes aside, isn't there a policy to treat trannies as a risk group that shouldn't donate blood?

He's already tried to give blood/plasma and the red Cross basically told him to fuck off. Chris got pissed, made a Facebook post telling everyone how he should be the exception, just like when he attempted to give his tard sperm at the sperm bank and was told to GTFO.

I'd say the consequences are further down the line. He's existing solely on what he currently has, but in the future nobody will rent him an apartment or lease him a car. The only options would be a co-sign with good credit, and if somebody does that they're even dumber than Chris.
It'll be fun to see Chris trying to blame trolls for his abysmal credit (Well, there's stuff like Wise's con, but that's a grain of sand in his mountain of financial dumbfuckery anyways)

finally the state recognizes "CWC" as merely an alias adopted by Mr. Ian Brannan Something

Is Null going to take Chris in and feed him? I think trying to help in any other way is pointless and just feeding his delusions of divenehood.

Hearing date on December 19th? But that's so close to Christmas. How is Chris gonna buy himself all the gifts Santa won't bring him?

It's supposed to be a jolly time spent with your hodgepodge of hedgehog husbands, not crashing into stress-induced slumber.
You fool, Santa is supposed to bring girlfriends for Chris at Christmas, not toys!
