Yeah, how rude that she refused to cheat on her boyfriend with him!!
Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure a girl who is loyal to her significant other also isn't the kind of girl who's attracted to sexual come ons as a literal first interaction with someone. I haven't a clue why you would keep trying after she's established that she's in a committed relationship when that's as telltale sign as can be for you to abandon ship. Why put in the dedication to convince her to cheat when you can just go find some other person to have a disposable romance with?

I am curious to know what the context was leading up to that first statement, however.

If you're going to get someone to cheat on their significant other with you, first off, you're the heir to the throne of the kingdom of assholes, secondly, you have to offer her something she desires that she doesn't get from her SO. Since Nice Guys can't even attract single women, getting a woman to step out on her bf/husband is not gonna happen unless she's in a self-destructive phase where she wants to throw her relationship away for a social maladjusted knuckle dragger.

Not to mention the old addage - "Someone who is willing to cheat with you is willing to cheat on you".

There's not much room for a real relationship to grow without trust and it's hard to trust each other when you both know that the other person is willing to sink a relationship to get what they want.

Are you sure that's the reason?

Hoooooo booooooy.

I've seen Quadrophenia and while it's true that Stephanie's no Disney Princess, this entry on the Villains Wiki lays it on a bit thick in my opinion.

What's the author trying to imply? That some kisses fueled by an adrenaline rush mean that she owes it to Jimmy to become his girlfriend? That she should be ashamed for not immediately inviting him to stay at her place after drug abuse and a disrespectful attitude toward his parents leaves him homeless?

Who wrote this? Eliot Rodger or one of the countless other lost souls who hold him up as a martyr?

(Spoiler warning for anyone who's not yet played the Life Is Strange games.)

Say what you will about Life Is Strange...because we might as well face it, countless people have since this franchise came along to win the hearts of many and cause many others to rue the day the word hella was first conceived...but one thing you can't deny is that the writers nailed it with their depiction of a stalker.

Granted, they probably could've been more subtle about certain aspects of this subplot. The devil lies in the details and deciding to name this young man who feels entitled to the main character's affection and spits with fury when she refuses to give it to him Eliot was more a kick in the butt than a sly nudge. But still, this is probably the first game to tackle the whole Nice Guy issue and for that reason alone, it's noteworthy.

Your mileage may vary but I think LiS did a swell job. Chloe's confrontation with Eliot pulls no punches as it demonstrates how terrifying it is for a woman to find herself cornered by a guy who wants to be with her and sees a flat refusal as a temporary setback to be overcome rather than what it is. And what is it? The perfect reason for the guy to prove that he truly cares about her as a person, not merely as a potential girlfriend, and back the hell off.

Warren from the original game passed that test. Eliot didn't as you can see below.

Nah, the only real stalker in vidya is that chubby elf who followed you in Oblivion after you won some arena matches - And even then pretty sure most people would pity fuck that butter-elf.

The Villains Wiki is really just a wiki where people REEE about characters that are mean because there are characters put on the wiki who have only done one thing which is just annoy another character or do something mean which automatically gets an article written about them.

Women tend to not date men who don't even establish they want a romantic relationship for over a year. You don't expect the police to solve your house being robbed when all you're doing is waiting until they notice instead of giving them some kind of clue right away. Most women actually melt in the arms of a "nice guy" who can make romantic advances, but can't see a polite asexual blob as anything more than friendship material.

Interestingly enough there's an outtake from the album Quadrophenia is based on called We Close Tonight which offers a glimpse into the minds these guys have
