Somehow TDS actually makes some fair points:

She easily could have done some general protest against Twitter censorship of right-wingers without wearing a Jew star and talking about how Twitter is anti-Jewish. She could have theoretically made this into a real public statement that would resonate through the media, but she just confused everyone

Every mainstream media outlet mentioned that she was Jewish, and said she was protesting her own Twitter ban, rather than Twitter censorship generally.

She also looks really fat too.

This situation just makes our entire narrative confusing. We have to be calling for “free speech,” not “allow Jewish speech, but ban Moslems.”

You're describing every journalist who doesn't appear on TV, but I really wouldn't mind if most of them were fired or died horribly.

The sad part, as many people have said, is that she is right about a lot of stuff here, but she manages to actually hurt the cause.

Jack did lie to congress. There is a massive double standard for people right of Obama. Twitter should be considered a publisher based on it's editorial curation and therefore not protected by safe harbour laws, but Loomer actually makes this less likely to happen.

She wasn't arrested. Twitter said they weren't going to ask the cops to arrest her, and the cops said they wouldn't unless Twitter asked them to. She just left, they escorted her to a car, but she was free to go after she left the scene. This was exactly the right move to make. If they arrested her, she could reignite her fading star by claiming to be a martyr for free speech. This way she just becomes "that crazy chick who handcuffed herself to Twitter HQ" and gets laughed at. She left because she was cold but the NYPD had to get bolt cutters because the dumbass threw away the keys. However, if she keeps up the wacky antics, she might end up on a psych hold.

I've seen this a few times, so I'm just gonna point out the logical fallacy with Laura's defenders real quick.

Not a SINGLE person was seriously discussing her "ideas". Nobody. Most people were laughing at her being an idiot, and the few people who are with her were basically like "YEAH FUCK TWITTER!" Claiming that Laura succeeded in starting any sort of discussion about anything except how much of an insane harpy she is is completely deluded.

Being the top trending topic on Twitter doesn't automatically instill you with the power of the Gods. Usually it's because someone was a fucking moron, and this is no exception.

I hope she doesn't actually think shes the one who sparked discussions about twitter. That's been going on for some time now, and everyone knows twitter is garbage but the :autism: is so spicy it has a certain charm to it. I don't think anyone even cares about twitters banning at this point in time anymore.

Being banned on twitter is as common as walking in a dog park and stepping in shit, you might be surprised at first but you realize you should expect it.
