You sure this isn't Chris really just going crazy though? I mean I can't imagine even idea guys can make some one go this fucking nuts just by smoking pot with them.

"Zapping", "tingling", "electric" sensations are a super-common side effect from the most common anti-depressents- idk what meds Chris is on, but thats my best guess.

Or Chris might just be a massive tard. Or have Parkinsons. Or be wearing nylon socks on the carpet. Who knows?

I was going to post about the anti-depressant he's on causing it too. Chris has been taking Paxil for years and from from my experience it happens when you are increasing or decreasing the dosage. If he isn't taking it properly, i.e. skipping doses, he could be having brain zaps frequently. It could be some sort of interaction with a med or suppliment he is taking as well. Usually there are other symptoms like nausea and confusion that go along with missing doses and any time you screw around with serotonin (Paxil is an SSRI that allows more serotonin to stay in the brain) sleep can be affected. Did Chris mention any change in his medications?

He's mentioned not being depressed anymore and taking a month off from his anxiety medication. Nothing he's recently said has explicitly indicated that he's changing medications around.

Agreed, publicly, it's less fixed. He's dropped some clues that it's imminent and specifically by the end of the year, but yeah, he's never said "100% by X date".

But privately he's been making a few statements and changing his behavior that doesn't make sense unless he thinks the current reality is going to end soon.

It's worrying. I don't think he won't do a 180% when that fails to happen, but it's going to be a really hard, uncomfortable 180 for him, both mentally and financially.

Here come the rainbow stickers, but maybe he'll finally hit rock bottom. He's used to humans lying to him, but not his precious cartoon buddies. And those guys are about to let him down big time. Homey needs an existential crisis, stat!

I think someone else will just come along and raise his spirits again.

I think Chris' spirits will need to be bashed against the rocks like a coconut for at least a few cycles before they finally crack.
