Phil only concerns himself with the short term. Future Phil can worry about the long term. In the short term, he'd have to payback the difference between the mortgage debt and the condo value; easier to just keep paying the mortgage and let Future Phil worry about the condo.

You know, that really is weird. In an age where past stuff you've said and done has been used to completely destroy peoples lives and careers on and offline. Phil has remained completely immune. He just doesn't matter. He isn't popular, and while i'm sure many will disagree in the grand scheme of things he hasn't done anything terrible enough for people outside of his bubble to care. If Kat was showing up for streams with black eyes Phil claimed they were from door handles or falling down the stairs that's worthy of attention. As far as his sob stories and finances even if people had 100%, caught red handed proof he has been lying for years that's not illegal just scummy.

Wow, I am fucking speechless. Someone help me understand this one. They ban chicks for showing too much clevage. They ban people for making puppet emotes. They ban people for telling off their viewers. BUT they dont ban someone who physically beats his wife (and is arrested for it) on stream?!‽?

Only thing I can possibly think of is they are waiting for him to be convicted to perma ban him? I just cant even fathom this one.

So basically give up all hope for DSP to get banned. I thought maybe he would get banned if he went on a 10 minute tirade of calling tevin a nigger with the hard r over and over but even then I suspect he will only get a 1 week suspension for that.

If you're "hoping" for Dave to get banned from Twitch you need to fix your expectations. Twitch is amoral, they don't give a shit that a scumbag is on their site as long as it doesn't get them sued/piss off more profitable streamers/make a TON of bad press

It wouldn't surprise me if he picked up a lawyer about wrongful termination, but I highly doubt he donates to himself when he regularly gets more views than DSP himself and has a group a people that regularly donate money to him while he streams. As for his stream schedule, he normally does stuff on the weekends when Dave is streaming or when Dave does a really big fuck up, he has not set schedule because he doesn't really need one, especially if he got a check written to him like is rumored.

When Phil said, "if Tevin has so many viewers, why does he need a job?", Tevin kind of implied he did not have a job.

Something like, I'm glad I keep the details to myself because if I said I didnt have a job you could say Tevin is a no talent bum and can't get a job. If I did say I had a job you could say Tevin is a no talent streamer and has to work a real job.

I guess we don't know for sure, but he seems to have a lot of free time to restream Phil and make rap songs.

When I worked retail you could always count on working 45-60 minutes after close, which means an 8:30 (11:30 PST) close gets her home around 1 AM Phil Time.

Do you know how Time Zones work? PST is the earliest in the Continental US. They would close whatever local time is. This is some silliness to prove something.

Also, you guys know most of these places you mentioned are franchises? Which first off don't typically do transfers. Secondly, they are all pretty different. Like trying to work out where Kat works because of music should almost be the dumbest conversation we've ever had here.

Followers really don't mean much for a partner considering that anyone who wants to chat in his stream needs to be following. I bet most of his followers are mostly sock accounts.

Average viewers on the other hand...well...they were down for the entire 2018 year. There's this downward trend from Jan. 1, 2018 all the way to Dec. 31, 2018. It's too early in 2019 to see if this trend to continue.
