Yeah he might have the info but his fundamentals are shit. He just spams the same high priority attacks over and over again and runs around like a chicken with its head cut off praying that they end up hitting. If one hits he transitions it into an easy-bake combo. He plays like a poorly programmed bot would play. Doesn't respond to the opponents at all nor does he seem to play any differently to adjust to their play styles, just constantly throwing out hitboxes.

The first fight was disgusting, lets be honest. Got 3 stocked and gets spiked on the edge of the stage by ROB and fell for it not once, but twice. It makes it clear that Narc has never fought a good ROB before and she was struggling in the first fight. But you gotta love how she started using counter at the last match on her last stock since her strategies weren't working. Again, Narc did no grabs except one time in the last game and resorted to the same shit like the previous matches.

Couldn't tell at the end of the last fight if the loud typing was him raging or just a loud clicky keyboard, i say the latter lol. Also here's the guy he fought against and lets look at the stats. He placed in 25th out of 818, getting into top 64 while Narc stayed in pools. This guy is actually pretty good considering he 2-stocked many people and he lost to Jade. It's amazing how there's other players better than Narc in many ways possible.

The pet communist has no words because it has never tried to survive by itself. This is one of few times when Peterson's advice could help. Clean your room, wash your dick and get a job, Cosmo. Not that he'll ever do any of those things, I honestly doubt he showers or bathes at this point in his life. Him being mediocre at Smash isn't even that funny to me, it's more just the same tired act we saw with the Zelda game framed differently. At least his competitors in this one seem interesting to watch.

Yeah I just recently found out what happened to Cosmo, I remember hearing about him in the past for speedrun stuff. I legit went from hearing about how awesome he was at Zelda speedrunning like, god a decade ago to finding out he's now a brain dead soylent zombie who is just awful at everything.

I really can't understand why anyone supports him at this point.

I know jack shit about the fighting games, but I have two observations that are probably not worth any salt. In the first game Narcy's character is constantly facing the wrong direction after it got attacked. Dunno what that's about, was she pressing "back" when hit with a combo to avoid it and never stopped?

The second one is very readable to anyone, there were little forethought in this game from Narcy. Only reacting to whatever that dude with ROB came up with. It looked like that time my mate spent summer mulling over Tekken 3 and invited me to play. My hits only landed because he made a mistake not out of my own strategy.

You're right, those observations weren't worth much. I haven't seen the footage, but facing the wrong direction is common in Smash, often because you want to do the back attack with your particular character because it may be stronger than their forward attack. I can't even keep track of who Cosmo is playing so I don't know if that's the case for him specifically, but it was most likely on purpose and the right thing to do.

Being reactionary in fighting games is usually the best way to beat players lower than your skill level, and is a good strategy to feel out opponents you aren't sure of yet to understand how they play. I can't guarantee Cosmo thought this far since he isn't very good at Smash, but it's definitely a good way to approach a tournament setting, if it was indeed intentional. It's possible that Cosmo is zombified to the point where he can't do anything but try to react, though.

Three candidates. Straight up pity being the first. I am willing to bet he still has a couple of followers naive to most of the negative attention he gets or why.

Second being people from here, S+M reddit or some other board who just want to ensure the ride continues as long as possible. People too invested in the freak-show who want to pay to keep it running.

Final candidate being the most deplorable but we know there's at least one, fetishists. Call them whatever you like, tranny-chasers, deviants, cretins. This is also why other trenders like Cyberdemon for example tend to offer sexual incentives behind supporting them, because they understand that for some a freakshow is a turn on.

I think there are a bunch for whom supporting Narco is a political and ideological statement against the perceived rise of "Nazis" everwhere. Just to show flag and demonstrate what good persons they are. For them it does not matter in the slightest what Narco does with the money and you cannot convince them that they are harming Narco's mental state and wasting their money. They are on a mission to virtue signal as hard as they can.

Don't get it twisted trying to analyze his skill. Cosmo is bad at (competitive) Smash because his first and most important criteria will always be which waifu he can embody.
