They're incorrect since sometimes it's the opposite in that I post something there then post it here and the exceptional individuals over have said the same thing "you're re-posting there for validation." No I just like more replies.

If some of you don't want to see a fight that's fine, but I won't personally be satisfied till I see Donga knocked out on the pavement.

Crowdfund it then if you want it that badly.

I think MediocreMilt's take that Donga is only open to civil litigation sounds right, but same as he said I'm not a lawyer. I'm going to wait until Rackets gives his detailed thoughts on the matter before getting to excited. I imagine that Rackets merely realized that this is an opportune time to stir the pot with that tweet

Edited for grammar
I'd love to hear Nick's take on that too.

If I as a layperson had to take a wild stab in the dark, I think in a hypothetical criminal case the prosecutor would have to argue that Tonka had, beyond any reasonable doubt, the intent to Jew people out of money. If the dolus eventualis (the consequences you're fully aware of aren't necessarily your goal, but if it happens it happens, fuck it!) is recognized as intent in Burgerlaw, Tonka should at least consider getting himself a luchador mask for a new life and wressle wressle career in Mexico.

My lay understanding is that there is such a thing as criminal negligence. So even if he didn't intend to do something or even benefit from it, having a big enough impact can make an otherwise civil matter criminal, which is where the planning to not follow through would come in. Or maybe impersonating an officer of the law with the fake notarizing

But that's just me typing and thinking. Rackets will have a better take

Indeed. I do find Burgerlaw a bit confusing since English is my 3rd language, and things are a bit different on the old continent.

If Tonka however hypothetically gets convicted for criminal fraud and has to go spend the next two to twelve years of his life in the slammer, I fear for him that he won't do much if any better than that one /v/irgin.

I'm excited to have Nick tell us whether Donga is civilly or criminally exceptional. Others in this thread have probably stated this better than I can but I'm pretty sure that this was the dude's safety valve in that he didnt want the fight to begin with but wanted to try and ride the ratings up until now and then blame the promoter or Andy.

Didn't work out for ya did it Chief?

@Fougaro Can you think of any historical, mythological, fictional character who has fucked up this par? Maybe a Sisyphus? Loman? Someone who is an eternal failure. Charlie Brown? Or does Tonka deserve his own credit as in "You pulled a Tonka."

TON-KA
/donga/
adjective
1. To screw up a situation royally out of pure stupidity and arrogance to the point there is no redemption.
"After a night of strippers and firewater, Robby looked at the wreckage of his life and realizes just how badly he's made a Tonka of it"
synonyms:jarbo

On top of being publicly humiliated, seen though, having what appears to be a majority of fans and associates leave and denounce him, giving his enemies a huge amount of attention and energy, and facing a potential civil suit or criminal prosecution, Donga now has to deal with the humiliation that comes with Andy and a bunch of very popular ecelebs painting the town red very publicly instead of him

Hmmmm, our main man trigon, who certainly wasn't either Tonka himself or one of his closer discord buddies running PR for him, hasn't bothered to check the farms since he had to "get ready for work" the next day after he got blown out. I hope he's OK, and that he hasn't had a wheelchair accident, or that he's not impaled on some trailer trash's lady dick, or that he didn't get mugged after huffing gas with a jew-hating abo.

So can someone give me a rundown/link on the rape allegation stuff? I missed that part. It was his Dad or his adopted uncle? What the fuck was up with that?

I dunno, I haven't seen any tonka in writing but he doesn't come off as nearly confrontational enough. I do think he could be a person of interest, but I'm not into digging into which one more than ruling out the obvious wrong guesses

Supposedly, his biological father raped an underage girl and died in prison and an uncle who was adopted or a lovechild east Asian guy brought back from WW2 helped raise him or something.

This is the root of the daddy noooooo meme.

So I made a drinking game for Donga's "apology" stream.
I call it the Dead (Air) Drinking Game: WARNING, this game *will* kill you if played as written. @UnKillFill accepts only a "hard 20%" of responsibility for your death if you decide to play it. (BTW, I would highly recommend playing using the original long version of the stream, and not one of the excellent dead air free @Sam Losco made, or else you'll just be drinking constantly.)

Play using your favorite brand of firewater.

Rules:
-Take a sip every time Donga says the word "miserable". (Simply do this for the short version, you will still get shitfaced.)

-Take a medium sized swig every time Donga "takes the blame" and then immediately shifts it over to somebody else.

-Take a full shot every time Donga makes a claim that has already been disproven, or is otherwise easily disprovable.

-Finish your drink every time he is asked a direct question by somebody in the chat and deflects/doesn't directly answer it.

-Feel free to add your own rules.
