I've sadly read all of shield hero and despite it being trash, it's nothing what he said, how can someone be so ignorant and ignore everything the first episode showed, it really seems like he just read the My Anime List description and comments rather than watch, and then decided to talk about it.

To be fair, I agree with part of what he says. The story could be far more interesting had the main character been more flawed, rather than simply a nice guy that's being taken advantage of.
But like @X-Shaped Weeaboo pointed out, the fact that he had to backpedal and not just point that out from the get-go is pretty pathetic.

It really is amazing how he keeps digging that hole for himself; at least the idiots at ANN are upfront about having an ax to grind rather than attempting to (painfully) come up with a "reasonable" reason to not like a show they haven't seen much, if any, of. Yes, Geoff, the Shield Hero is flawed, but none of his flaws had anything to do with him getting screwed over. This is what happens when you try to hot take an entire show after watching only the first episode, when everything is just being introduced and we haven't really gotten to know the characters.
If Geoff knew anything about the show, he would know that the shield hero becomes bitter and resentful, and also gains a simmering hatred for pretty much the whole world and develops massive trust issues, all of which he has to grow out of. He doesn't really act like a hero or think like a hero for much of the story, and just kind of grows into that role due to his actions, motivated by personal interest, benefiting society as a whole in a knock-on effect. There's also pretty damn good reasons why the Shield Hero owns slaves (and later enslaves others with their permission), but Geoff wouldn't know that because Geoff wrote his take while knowing only the bare-bones of the story's beginning.

The contrast between MB's relationship and YouTube versus Digi's is pretty apparent. Geoff touts her around like an accomplishment and sells her off for money and pride.
Digi casually has her participate in videos and reactions and she actually seems somewhat invested in doing them. Even when she isn't, she's in the background of his vlogs and prods and mocks Digi every now and again. (In the SAO reaction videos, she makes fun of Digi's bias for Asuna and playfully scolds his choices in Pokemon when he criticizes a design she likes.)
Honestly, which of these sounds like the superior relationship? One we rarely see and seems to have a vague vernier of artificialness to it, or the one with active participation that we see?

Right in the beginning, Geoff just blatantly states that he included Darling in the Franxx and/or Goblin Slayer in the thumbnail just to clickbait the video.
