But then I started doing youtube. But yes I used to be a HUGE Chess fan! I used to be one of you! I know how to play Chess, I understand the concept. I just forgot about a few cryptic rules that only expert players would know like that the Queen can go in any direction! *Swivels head, mouth agape* Wut? Like why would you EVEN need to know that. How would you even find that out? But that's what I'm saying. Chess is so complex and there's a lot of intricacies that even the most expert players are still learning but peepul in chat think they know everything and just want to be assholes for no reason."

I wonder how much I would pay for Phil to do a random chess stream and play games on chess.com? I think I'd have to throw in $20 for a 4-hour stream for that one.

Edit: How has DSP not been banned from Youtube for all the shit he talks about them?

And LOL at DSP saying "he doesn't care about Youtube anymore". That's why DSP turned of all the music on his GTA3 playthroughs though?

YouTube only cares about banning political ideals from anyone right of Lenin and hosting content for which they get paid. Server space is limitless and no one watches DSP's videos so why would they go through the trouble?

During one of his begging sessions at the end of 2018, he alluded to this being how he "managed" his debt--by transferring old debt onto new credit cards with introductory rates. As you note, though, as soon as he wasn't able to do that (or do it with all of his debt, I guess), he got reamed by the interest rates.

And the grand finale is that we have another obnoxious, only vaguely appropriate reaction gif. He almost has a script for these situations now so let me finish it. If Anthem gains traction and is well received (particularly on streams), Phil will say everyone are sheep and then reluctantly pick it up once his mods can help him, or he'll double down on that for the rest of time. If Anthem is a flop or anything from a moderate success down, Phil will claim that he was woke from the start, that he was right to never touch it, and fuck everyone who even suggested he play it. I think I just saved myself listening to a couple of prestream rants.


I would love to hear him start speaking transparently. "You guys gave me a decent amount of money today." It's always unbridled greed when you take out his careful buzz words, but his paypigs don't seem to understand the concept of a thesaurus.

Using a gif of Derrick from Mega64, a group he’s talked shit on quite a bit, and a group who laughed at him and told him how much of a loser he is, and this was back when he was at the height of his popularity.

I never want the show to end.

He believed his income would stay at whatever level it was on in 2014 so he figured the credit cards were not a huge risk. He has come out and directly stated this before about rolling the credit onto new cards. His zero interest rate promos will run out eventually lol.

Actin' like dis nigga likes games with stories. Took a shit all over the Witcher games. Acted like Mass Effect was one big joke. Complained about KH3 within 15 minutes of pressing start. And to top it all off says the FF with one of the most basic bitch stories of all time is his favorite. I'm not even going to touch all the non-RPG games with compelling stories he's tainted with his unwashed, cum-stained hands.

I don't think any of those are particularly good or bad (though FF4 was groundbreaking for its time and needed to happen - just that its story was very standard). Just pointing out that he doesn't give a fuck about story-heavy games and has no place bitching about the story or lack thereof in any game.

He only sold 75 "DVDs" so that's like 2 of those stacks, and those stacks are probably not even half of his total hoard.

Also I love how both 'TAKE OUT TRASH!' and 'TAKE IN CANS!' require an exclamation point on top of ALL CAPS on his schedule. I don't think I've ever put an exclamation point on a message to my future self to emphasise the importance of the message. . .to myself. He must really have the memory of a fish if he sees a message from his past self and thinks "fuck off cock-fag. I'm a mature adult, you can't tell me what to do," and only upon seeing the exclamation point does he take the message seriously.
