I think he'd be horrified at what Chris has done over the years and subsequently run away. After a month or two of running to certain continents to look for a place of refuge far away from his creator, he would look for custody in Sega, and Sonic the Hedgehog himself would take him in (If Sonichu is real in this scenario, I'll just say this applies to all game characters as well). After some form of magic/weird science that would make him look like an actual Sonic character instead of a children's drawing, Sonichu could even become a member of the main cast, with a backstory that pokes fun at the creator and his misdeeds. However, Chris wouldn't be able to do a thing about it, as Chris would most likely be so unhealthy and overweight at this point that he would struggle to move.

I think that would be a nice little headcanon for the character, at least Chris doesn't die in the end and is just kinda immobilised.
